| Abstract: | Formulating a reasonable low-carbon city evaluating indicator system is important for developing low-carbon economy.According to the low-carbon city meaning,the article establishes the low-carbon city evaluating indicator system,and makes contrast of low-carbon level dynamic development condition between Nanjing and Shanghai for near ten years.Then,it gives the concrete proposal for the two cities. |
