| 摘 要： | 区域旅游开发的初始条件是旅游研究中的新问题。提出了旅游开发初始条件新概念,并对其特征、分类及旅游初始条件与旅游发展的关系进行了阐述。研究目的:旅游初始条件与旅游发展有着密切的关系。以陕南为例,通过分析旅游初始条件,为陕南旅游发展决策提供依据。研究方法:用定性的方法及主成分分析方法对陕南三市1998～2008年初始条件进行了定性、定量分析,然后又从2002～2008年时间序列进行了分析。结果显示:(1)从定性分析的角度来看,陕南旅游发展的初始条件有了很大的改进,尤其2007年以后,旅游发展各项指标都有了显著改进。(2)从定量评价来看,陕南各市旅游发展的初始条件在空间表现出明显的差异,从西到东逐渐衰减,依次为汉中、安康和商洛。(3)从时间序列分析来看,2002～2008年陕南三市的各项指标增长显著,旅游发展的初始条件已具备。
