| Abstract: | The 16th CCCPC held construction of all - round well - off society and the strategy to expand regional economy of counties, which provides the opportunity for regional economic development of counties. We must analyze the situation of counties, make new development strategy, open up new situation, make system innovation, promote productivity development and plan new development of regional economy of counties. |
