人力资本的职业刚性与知识型员工流动研究

摘    要:知识型员工是高层次、高存量人力资本的承载体,其流动行为与流动特征表现出人力资本的依附性、时效性及职业刚性。本文从人力资本视角构建了基于人力资本所有者以及人力资本使用者二重要素上的知识型员工流动的决策矩阵,并提出了以胜任力为基础的的应对策略。

Abstract:The mental employee is a bearing body with high-level,high load human capital,Its flow behavion and flow characteristics demonstrate the dependence,timeliness,occupational rigidity of human capital.This paper builds decision matrix of mental employee'mobility based on two important elements,human capital owners and users,and proposes countermeasures of competence-based.
