| 摘 要： | 以2006年相关数据为基础，采用综合分析方法、定性与定量相结合的方法，对绥化市城镇化发展的现状特征及其存在的问题进行分析；城镇化发展既有国家继续实施东北老工业基地战略的良好机遇和农业资源基础丰富的优势，同时也存在着建设资金缺乏、地方政府政策不够完善等不利因素；提出了适合绥化市的城镇化发展模式。

| Abstract: | Based on data from 2006, comprehensive analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze the characteristics and the existing problems in the development and urbanization of the Suihua City.
