| 摘 要： | 蕲山药是医圣李时珍故里湖北省蕲春县的山药优良地方种,在鄂东地区种植历史悠久。当地特殊的环境气候条件,形成了蕲山药独特的品质,深受消费者青睐,为《本草纲目》所推崇。文章在综合分析蕲山药的栽培历史、主产区的地理气候条件、蕲山药的生物学特性以及种植与加工现状的基础上,提出了蕲山药的高产栽培技术措施。

| Abstract: | Dioscoreae Oppositae ＂Qi＂ is a famous local product with a long cultivating history in Qichun county which is the native place of the great physician,Li Sizhen.The special local environment and climate develop the unique quality of Dioscoreae Oppositae ＂Qi＂which is favored by the customers and is recommended by Compendium of Materia Medica.This paper analyzes that cultivating history,local environment and climate,actualities of cultivation and process,and biological characteristics of Dioscoreae Oppositae ＂Qi＂and puts forward measures for high yield cultivation technology of Dioscoreae Oppositae ＂Qi＂. |
