| Abstract: | It commonly occurs for secondary schools to transform the working sysytems after those have been promoted to junior colleges. It is beneficially guaranteed to initiate the progression of the college work for the junior college to bridge college administration system and to set up a market-oriented junior college leading system, college-department administration system and market-run working sysytem to meet the needs of educational law. |
