| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会是我们为之而奋斗的宏伟目标,要实现这一惠及13亿人口的目标,就要让国民经济快速、高效、持续发展;要让关系国家安全与稳定的"三农"问题得到很好解决;要让国土90%、人口80%以上范围内达到小康社会的指标,要实现这一目标,必须发展壮大县域经济.

| Abstract: | Building up a comparatively well-off society is one of our great goals,which will be beneficial for the whole population of 1.3 billion.In order to achieve this goal,we have to keep a high speed,efficient and sustainable development of the national economy,solve the so called'three agricultural problems'well.We must boost up the township economy before we can deliver the comparative well-off sociery to 90% of the territory or 80% of the population. |
