摘    要:获得和保持竞争优势是企业竞争成功的关键,传统的竞争优势模型对于竞争优势来源分析时,对需求要素关注不够.文章从需求要素角度分析了企业竞争优势形成过程,并论述了基于需求要素的竞争优势模型与传统竞争优势模型的关系.

Abstract:The key to success for the firms is to gain and keep the competitive advantage in the competition.However,the traditional model of competitive advantage did not pay enough attention to the demand factor.The essay analyses the development process of the competitive advantage from the perspective of the demand factor and then expound and prove the relationship of the two models.
