| 摘 要： | 随着中国大陆经济的发展,部分实力雄厚的大陆企业(以下简称中国企业)开始并购西方发达国家企业,成功的并购有利于中国融入世界经济版图,但困难重重。因此,本文通过对中国企业在并购西方发达国家企业时遇到的难点进行深入分析,提出了若干应对对策。

| Abstract: | Some Chinese enterprises bought or want to buy enterprises of developed countries when the economic development of Chinese mainland.The successful merger will be conducive for China to be the member of developed economic map.But the successful merger is difficult.This paper analyzed the difficulties in the merger and proposed several countermeasures accordingly. |
