| 摘 要： | 本文以核心竞争力理论为基础,通过对高校图书馆核心竞争力的分析,从资源能力、管理能力、创新能力和服务能力四个方面构建了高校图书馆核心竞争力评价的指标体系,为实施高校图书馆核心竞争力评价提供了一个有效的思路。
