| 摘 要： | 心脑血管病是人类尤其是老年人减寿的主要杀手,通过以"社会-心理-预防"的方式,以及饮食、运动、心理等6种方法的具体宣教,心脑血管疾病发病率明显降低。在日常生活中不断完善预防措施,使患者得到正确的康复护理知识,从而提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Cardiovascular disease is a major killer which reduces human especially old people＇s longevity.Through the way of ＂ society-psychology-prevention ＂ and specific publicity and education,such as six kinds of methods,namely,diet,exercise and psychology etc.The morbidity of cardiovascular disease is significantly reduced.We should constantly perfect the preventive measures in daily life so that patients get the correct rehabilitation nursing knowledge,and then improve their quality of life. |
