电场对荞麦种子抗旱性影响

摘    要:通过研究不同电场处理荞麦种子在干旱胁迫持续加重的条件下对其幼苗抗旱性的影响。给出了荞麦种子经不同电场处理后的生物效应及抗旱性对比。结果表明:不同电场处理条件下的荞麦种子,其幼苗在干旱胁迫的不同时期适应性反应存在一定差异。适宜电场处理能够促进荞麦幼苗水分胁迫条件下体内可溶性糖的积累,提高超氧化物歧化酶的活性、减少了膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛的积累。说明电场处理可使膜结构与功能在水分亏缺下得到保护,促进了种子和幼苗的代谢水平,从而提高了荞麦的抗旱性。

Abstract:The buckwheat seeds were treated by different electric field and the drought resistance impact of buckwheat seedlings was studied under the drought stress.The buckwheat seedlings that its seeds were treated by different electric field condition have the different adaptive response on drought stress in.We could easily conclude that the electric field treatment can increase the content of proline,soluble surge,and promote the activity of SOD and POD,and decrease the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA).All these changes were favorable for reducing the damage and strengthening the adaptability of water stress of the seedling.
