摘    要:三维图像重构是当前数字图像处理领域的一个热点,特别是其在医学图像处理中的应用。VascuView3D是一个基于VTK和ITK的3D医学图像重建系统,该系统实现了体绘制(VR)、表面绘制(SR)和多平面绘制(MPR)等3D视图,以及基于CLUT的三维灰度图像着色。

Abstract:3D image reconstruction is an attractive field generally in digital image processing techniques,especially in medical imaging.The design and implementation of a 3D medical image reconstruction system VascuView,which can be used to build 3D images from 2D image slice files produced by CT and MRI devices,is introduced.The volume rendering,surface rendering and Multi-Planar rendering are implemented and lots of the 3D operations such as coloring of 3D image based on CLUT can be performed with this software.
