黄河中游劣质粘土的激活研究

摘    要:文章中尝试用磷酸对黄河中游劣质粘土进行激活处理,经过压实成型的试块,其强度较原土有很大提高,并且成型的试样具有了一定的耐水性。经过激活处理的粘土做成的石灰土试块较普通石灰土抗压强度有很大提高。红外及微观分析表明,磷酸能够改变土粒表面的羟基团,并且磷酸与土中的碳酸盐等生成肉丝状的磷酸钙晶体,分布在土粒的周围,胶结土壤。

Abstract:The paper attempts to use activate low-grade clay in the middle reaches of Yellow River with phosphoric acid.After the test block formed through compaction,its strength has greatly improved over the original soil,and the formed test block has a certain amount of water resistance.The compressive strength of the limestone test blocks made of activated clay soil has greatly improved than the general lime soil.The infrared and microcosmic analysis shows that phosphoric acid can change the hydroxyl on the surface of soil,and the pork-like calcium phosphate crystalloid reacted by phosphoric acid with carbonate in the soil distributes around soil particles to cement the soil.
