摘    要:某空压机组噪声严重超标,对该车间内噪声超标的主要原因作了测试和分析。根据测试和分析的结果制定以吸声、隔声等噪声控制技术为主的综合治理方案。应用隔声理论和优化设计理论对隔声体进行了设计。并实施一套实用的控制措施。结果证明,此方案降噪效果明显,能完全满足企业提出的更高标准要求。

Abstract:The noise of one aircompressor exceeded the noise standard in a workshops,and its cause is tested and analyzed in this paper.According to the analysis of the results of the test,a comprehensive scheme of noise control,including sound absorption,sound insulation,etc.,is made.A mathematical model of aventilating fan cover is established,and the relevant parameters are determined.Then a set utility controlling approach is implemented.The consequence shows that this program not only gains good effects but also cater to state more technical criterion.
