Abstract: | On the basis of the attachment theory, and combined with the tissue of the employee relations, this essay defines the defi- nition of organizational attachment. Then the article analyses the internal working models of organizational attachment, and introduces the characteristics of different types of organizational attachment. Finally, the author looks into the future research trend of organizational at-tachment. |
