| 摘 要： | 从发电价格和销售电价两个环节可以揭示我国电力能源价格改革的现状,发现针对大型发电商和用电大户的电价改革与小户发电商和普通用电户相比较,更加符合建立绿色电能价格的需要;根据绿色电能价格理念可以揭示我国上网电价和销售电价两个环节电力能源价格存在的缺陷;为弥补揭示的缺陷,必须通过绿色电能价格建立绿色电能上网电价和销售电价的途径和措施。

| Abstract: | This article described the price reform of China＇s power status from two aspects of electricity price and sales price, and found that large power producers and large electricity tariff reform were more in line with the need for the establishment of green electricity prices than the small farmers and ordinary household electricity generators; Green energy concept based on the price revealed some defects of electricity energy prices in the two aspects of the tariff and the sale price;To compensate for the deficiencies revealed,the article demonstrated the ways and measures of establishing green electricity and sell electricity tariff through green electricity prices. |
