中外企业合作的知识联盟中的学习研究

知识联盟是获取企业外部先进技术和管理知识,实现外部知识内在化的有效手段。由于在中外企业合作联盟中,双方的知识水平相差悬殊,中方处于不利地位,导致了合作双方的竞争和冲突。中方技术学习的效果更多地取决于自己的学习能力,中方需要不断吸收、消化、创新,才能赶上外方的技术水平,以形成竞争优势。

Study on Learning in Knowledge Alliance of Chinese & Foreign Enterprise Co-operation

In gaining external technology and managerial knowledge, knowledge alliance is an effective means of achieving internalized external knowledge. In the collaboration between Chinese and Foreign enterprises, there exist large gaps in terms of knowledge level, which may lead to the disadvantageous position of China, and moreover, competitions and conflicts. The learning effect is largely decided by learning ability, so Chinese enterprises need keep up learning, innovating, improving technological level to gain more competitive advantages.
