| 摘 要： | 棚户区作为城市和矿区、林区、垦区等部分人群的聚居区，是我国社会经济发展过程中的历史产物。大规模的棚户区改造始于2005年，涌现出一些可供借鉴的模式。地方政府只有坚持施惠于民，改造改革并举，严格拆迁管理，加强工程监管，做好后期服务，才能将这项重大民生工程落实好。

| Abstract: | shantytown as neighborhoods for the urban,mining areas,forest,reclamation and some other regions is a historical product in the progress of socio-economic development.A large-scale shantytown transformation began in 2005 and emerged a number of models available for reference.Only the local government upheld to patronize to the people,rebuilt and reformed simultaneously,strictly enforced relocation management,strengthened supervision,did good post-service,this major livelihood projects can be implemented. |
