| 摘 要： | 通过对汾酒商人的历史进行研究,探讨了汾酒商人在近代中国商人资本受到世界资本主义经济势力影响后,如何由商人资本成功地实现了向现代工业资本的转变。汾阳商人由于多经商于天津与俄罗斯等地,受国外资本主义影响较深,因而能够大胆地引进西方企业先进的管理经验。家族企业是市场经济发展的必经之路,但是当其发展到一定阶段时,企业的决策者要抓住机遇,果断抉择。特别是在社会发生重大变革时,小的家族企业必须审时度势,学习别人的先进经验,改变自己不适应时代发展的落后的企业制度和管理办法,与时俱进。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a historical research on Shanxi merchants,and explores the reason why Shanxi merchants could successfully transformed their capital into modern enterprise after the capitalist economic influence which affected many Chinese merchants,then the author draws some conclusions.Finally,the author puts forward some usful thoughts which may be helpful to the modern enterprises and modern merachants. |
