| 摘 要： | 在分析新疆煤化工产业发展现状及存在问题的基础上,根据产业生态系统的内涵及构建原则,指出发展煤化工必须全面考虑产业系统因素、资源环境因素及技术、信息等支持系统因素,强调构建产业生态系统是获得煤化工产业可持续发展的必然选择;结合新疆的区情特点,提出新疆煤化工产业生态系统的初步构建思路,内容涉及系统要素、构建层次和产业链设计等方面。
