本文在比较研究英、美两国基础设施投资结构变动的基础上，归纳总结出基础设施投资结构变动的轨迹和一般趋势；基础设施不仅服务于生产活动，而且也促进社会福利水平提高，因此基础设施投资结构会随着人们收入水平的提高而不断的发生变化，这种变化遵循着一定的变动规律；文章最后分析了影响基础设施投资结构变化的五大因素。

A Study on Determining System about the Changes of Investment Structure in Infrastructure

The author bases the research on the comparison about the changes of the investment structure during the courses of the growth of economy in England and the United States. Thus, the author sums up the track of the changes and the common trend in the structure of infrastructure investment in these countries. Infrastructure not only serves for the industrial structure and the economic growth, but also serves for the improvement of social welfare.
