| 摘 要： | 文章在系统分析的基础上提出我国中小化工企业发展策略：开展技术创新，提高企业核心竞争力；加大环保和安全投入，树立企业形象；推行科学管理，健全约束激励机制；加快信息化建设步伐。并为我国中小化工企业的产业政策提出了几点建议。 |
