| Abstract: | At present,the government-owned talent markets in China's middle-sized cities are approaching mature.However,to realize the sustainable development of talent markets,we still need to make greater efforts in the following three aspects: optimizing three environments to stimulate talent flow;foster the carriers to provide platform;optimize the mechanism and construct service system. |
