| 摘 要： | 小城镇工业园区建设是关系到小城镇发展和乡镇企业发展的大问题。本文在比较详实的调研基础上，就小城镇工业园区建设目的、特点、类型、生长模式、各方面对城镇工业园区建设态度等方面进行分析，在此基础上指出当前小城镇工业园区建设需要注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | Township industrial zone construction has been involving township growth and township enterprises development. Based on investigation, this paper analysis the township industrial zone construct from its aim, characteristics, types, growth model and all kinds of attitudes to it, and furthermore points out the problems should be paid attention to during the construction. |
