契约视角下高职院校实训基地建设模式的研究——基于天津铁道职业技术学院校企合作机制分析

实训基地建设在各类高职院校建设中占有重要的战略地位,关系到高职院校教育教学的质量、生存和发展。天津铁道职业技术学院和铁路交通运输企业建立了良好的校企合作机制,以契约约定的模式,明确了双方的权利和义务,共同建设、开发实训基地,实训教学效果良好,取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。

Research on Training Base Construction Model of Higher Vocational Colleges under Contract Perspective： Based on Analysis of School-enterprise Cooperation Mechanism of Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College

Training base construction plays an important strategic role in the construction of various types of higher vocational colleges and is related to the quality, survival and development of vocational education. A good school-enterprise cooperation mechanism between Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College and railway transportation enterprise is established.
