| 摘 要： | 平衡计分卡是一套能使高层经理快速而全面地考察企业的业绩评价系统。平衡计分卡包含财务指标，它们说明了已采取的行动所产生的结果。同时，平衡计分卡通过对客户满意度、内部程序及组织的创新和提高活动进行测评，补充财务指标。
