| Abstract: | Management consultation has been developed for about twenty years in China. Although Consultant companies including local and foreign agencies have made a lot of achievements,they appears not so plain-sailing during its development. So in this article, firstly the author have analysed cualysed current developing state of the consultant companies, then he give deep meanning of consultant and the definition of consultant companies. Based on these analyses, the author give some advises on developing consultant business. |
