| Abstract: | Smart finance is the important portion of smart planet conception. It is the intelligent stage of the evo-lution of the financial services. It has characteristics of the perception and the analysis of huge amounts of data, Omni bearing interconnection, collaborative social division of labor and intelligent decision service. Smart fi-nance is based on the technical combination of the internet of things and cloud computing. It has many advantag- es. The universities are the main channel of financial information talent cultivation. During the development of smart finance, it plays an important role. |
