| 摘 要： | 成都邛崃市汤营农业股份有限公司,由汤营村村委会和村民发起成立,股权结构包括村民承包地经营权股权、集体土地股权、村民现金投资入股和政府性公司不计息红保本股金,采用股份有限公司的管理组织结构和运作机制,实行“股权＋红利＋工资”的收入分配方式。这种具有本土性的新型农村组织形式具有典型性,对全国各地的统筹城乡发展具有借鉴价值和实践意义。

| Abstract: | Tangying Agriculture Stock Co, Ltd in Qionglai, Chengdu was initiated and organized by the villagers and Tangying Village Committee, its equity structure includes the equity of villagers＇ contracted land use right, the equity of collective land, the equity of villagers＇ cash, and the equity of governmental company without interests. This company is managed by management organization structure and running mechanism of a stock company, Ltd, and its income distribution method is stock fight plus dividend plus salary. This company is a typical new - style village organization form with local characteristics and is of enlightening value and practical significance to overall urban - rural development in all parts of China. |
