为对空间RSSR四杆机构进行优化设计,以RSSR机构为研究对象,运用解析法对RSSR机构进行了运动学分析,得出RSSR机构的运动解析式,确定曲柄存在条件的表达式;利用ADAMS软件参数化编程技术,将空间四杆机构关键点参数化,构建三维参数化模型;运用ADAMS软件的二次开发技术,开发了空间RSSR四杆机构的参数化建模及分析优化系统,实现了RSSR机构运动类型的判定、快速建模、机构仿真、运动分析及优化,并进行了实例分析。结果表明,对于给定的RSSR机构,系统运动分析优化后,摇杆的角速度、角加速度的最大值和最小值的绝对值明显减小,摇杆摆动速度趋于平稳。研究结果对提高RSSR机构的设计效率、减少设计周期具有参考价值。 相似文献

针对现有机器人自组网运动控制模型无法真实反映机器人运动规律的问题,提出一种新的群组运动控制模型(group movement control model,GMCM)。该模型基于机器人通用运动学模型,采用群组控制算法,对传统群组随机运动模型——参考点群组运动模型(reference point groupmobility,RPGM)进行修改,可描述机器人编队解散和集合的运动状态,满足群组分割与合并的需求。进一步实现GMCM模型,并基于GMCM,RPGM,DRGM模型对机器人自组网路由协议进行模拟仿真。结果表明,基于GMCM模型仿真时协议性能有所降低,较为真实地模拟了机器人编队运动,对机器人自组网的研究具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

This paper discusses a comparative study of the effects of using a humanoid robot for introducing students to personal robotics. Even if a humanoid robot is one of the more complicated types of robots, comprehension was not an issue. The study highlighted the importance of using real hardware for teaching such complex subjects as opposed to relatively cheap simulation environments. While the field of robotics is still in its infancy it benefits from a “wow” effect that can be utilized to positively influence the education of new specialists in this field. This comparative study, done at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, highlights the educational benefits of this idea. Two groups of students took part on a completely volunteer basis in an “introduction to personal robotics” workshop. While one group only worked with simulators on computers, the other group was also given access to real robots in addition to the simulators. This allowed them to test their programs on a real platform and tweak them to compensate for differences between the virtual world and the real world. 护理机器人大部分时间在室内工作,由于室内环境比室外复杂且定位环境恶劣,因此需要具有很高的定位精度。为了更好地解决护理机器人的定位问题,建立了一种基于超宽带(UWB)的高精度护理机器人定位系统。首先,采用基于信号到达时间的定位模型,不需标签与基站之间的时钟同步,只需3个基站时钟同步来获取护理机器人上的标签距离各个基站的位置信息;其次,将收集到的位置信息通过室内局域网传输给利用Matlab搭建的上位机系统;最后,在上位机系统内进行偏最小二乘法线性回归,再通过遗传算法进一步对数据进行优化得到精确的位置信息,并进行仿真分析。结果表明,系统的定位精度相比于TDOA模型直接定位有较大的提高,能达到护理机器人的定位要求。基于超宽带技术的定位方法还可以应用于仓储物流小车等其他室内移动设备的高精度定位。 相似文献

为了解决联合国维和行动长期存在的国内训练基础环境难逼真、执行任务标准运用不熟练、突发情况应急处置不到位的问题,开展了基于维和训练的控制系统仿真技术研究。运用虚拟现实、建模仿真、沉浸体验、人工智能等先进技术,提出一种大空间定位和姿态捕获方法,研发空间位置与动作姿态数据融合算法,灵活支撑对抗仿真;提出一种三维影像构建方法,建立人员、装备、设施、建筑、道路等三维模型,构建国外任务区虚拟战场环境,支持开展沉浸式模拟演练。研究结果表明,新方法能帮助维和官兵提前逼真体验,规范执行标准,模拟红蓝对抗,尤其是大空间定位技术的研究可有效延伸虚拟战场环境,显著提高联合训练效果,并可节省训练经费,避免训练事故,提高训练的针对性。虚拟仿真训练技术研究能够有效支撑多分队协同处置训练,甚至多兵种联合训练,在军事训练领域有较大的推广价值。 相似文献

针对传统三自由度并联机器人结构分析困难的问题,通过对传统并联机器人结构与性能的分析,提出一种新型3-PRP并联机器人。为有效地降低机器人结构分析的难度,采用直线模组构成2个对称移动副,配合1个转动副,代替传统三自由度并联机器人的3个转动副,并根据该新型机器人的结构特点,建立了运动学模型;应用空间解析几何和向量代数法,推导出机器人的运动学正解与逆解方程;应用MATLAB仿真软件编程验证运动学正解与逆解的正确性,确立机器人的工作空间。仿真结果表明,该机器人具有工作空间大、运动学模型精度高、制造成本低等特点,具有广泛的工业应用前景。 相似文献

Printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) rework is an acceptable process step in PCBA manufacturing and widely performed using manual and semi-automated tools. Until recently, there has been a lack of international effort for the development of a fully automated rework system mostly due to the predicted high capital cost of such system. Since robots are used in PCBA manufacturing, PCBA robots are equipped and have been developed with multi-functional capabilities to assemble and inspect PCBAs. If the same equipment is used for rework, the high cost of the robot, on account of vision and other sensory needs can be eliminated and this can justify the investment. A robot-based rework system thus becomes an alternative technology to manual or semi-automated rework. Because there is no information on which technology is most appropriate, a model has been developed to predict the cost of reworking PCBAs using semi-automated and automated-robotic rework technologies. These two alternative rework technologies are analysed and compared to give an indication of how appropriate is a robotic rework cell. 相似文献

Building a robot from scratch in an educational context can be a challenging prospect. While a multitude of projects exist that simplify the electronics and software aspects of a robot, the same cannot be said for construction systems for robotics. In this paper, we present our efforts to create a low-cost do-it-yourself construction system for small robots. We have created three different construction systems (laser-cut screw connectors, printed friction-fit connectors, and printed hybrid connectors) using small aluminium T-slot extrusions, based on prior work done by Industrial Design college students. Eighty-six secondary school students and 35 teachers tested these three systems during a five-day robotics contest where they had to build firefighting robots. Follow-up questionnaires and an expert evaluation were used to measure the usability, affective appraisal and functionality of the three systems in order to determine which system should serve as a basis for further design iterations. Overall, a clear preference was shown for the hybrid system, which relies on its interlocking shape as well as on a screw connection to create robot frames that are both quick to construct and very rigid once assembled. We believe our work represents a solid first step toward an inexpensive, “hackable” construction system for educational robotics. 相似文献
