目前,商业模式创新已经成为企业获得竞争优势的重要来源。文章运用案例研究方法 ,从价值主张、价值创造和价值获取方面对三类手机企业商业模式创新实践案例进行分析,结合内部和外部两个方面探讨了商业模式创新的创意源泉,认为企业通过消费者获取商业模式创新的创意源泉存在显著差异。在此基础上指出了手机行业通过消费者获得商业模式创新创意的主要途径。研究不仅丰富了现有的理论成果,也为我国制造业商业模式创新实践提供了有益的指导。  相似文献

聚焦智能制造企业如何实现平台商业模式创新这一问题,按照资源基础-组织行为-创新绩效的理论分析框架,选择小米为案例研究对象,通过案例分析方法,研究智能制造核心企业发挥数字创新的驱动效应。研究发现,智能制造核心企业通过数据资产的网络嵌入,实现平台商业模式的创新,包括用户运营模式创新及价值攫取模式创新,还揭示了企业平台商业模式创新的过程机理,并建议企业应分阶段、按步骤地实施数据平台商业模式创新。  相似文献

商业模式和商业模式创新对企业的成长和发展具有巨大的影响。本文通过系统的文献梳理,阐述了商业模式的内涵、构成要素以及从不同视角出发的理论及商业模式创新研究现状。在此基础上构建"互联网+"情境下一个以客户价值主张为导向、提供粘性增值服务并通过大数据管理对接企业价值创造的商业模式动态调整模型。研究结论可以帮助企业提升商业模式的效率和柔性,及时适应客户需求和外部市场的调整变化,对企业的创新创业和商业模式创新具有重要理论意义和实践价值。最后,提出了"互联网+"情境下商业模式创新在系统构成要素之间的协同作用机制、形成和演进机制以及创新创业与商业模式创新之间的关系机制三个方面的研究展望。  相似文献

商业模式创新是后发企业竞争优势的重要来源,探明后发企业通过商业模式创新实现颠覆的"黑箱"机制,已成为亟待解决的关键性问题。本文基于商业模式创新的新视角,探讨后发企业颠覆式创新的内隐机制,揭示了颠覆过程如何启动、颠覆动力如何持续等内在机理。收集整理华为、小米、OPPO、vivo四家智能手机后发企业的案例资料,采用多案例研究与扎根理论结合的方法,构建商业模式创新视角下后发企业颠覆式创新的机理模型。结果显示:基于用户价值体系迁移方向的价值主张设计、价值网络重构、盈利模式创新、关键资源能力强化等构成了颠覆启动机制,而隔离能力和企业柔性则构成了颠覆长效机制。最后,本文为后发企业提出了强化用户价值体系迁移感知能力、建立多元化的柔性机制、促进技术创新与商业模式创新深度融合的建议。  相似文献

本文采用探索性单案例研究方法,以Zynga公司为案例研究对象,以该公司的商业模式演化过程为主线,从企业伦理视角探讨社交网络游戏企业的快经营商业模式。研究发现:快经营商业模式具有快速吸引用户、快速响应用户需求、持续黏附用户等特征;对于伦理价值与经济价值的不同追逐是快经营商业模式产生演化的根本原因;背离企业伦理的商业模式导致员工缺乏创新精神和管理者过度重视利益,而消费者、竞争者和合作者等相关者则都受到了利益侵害。  相似文献

商业模式创新一直被视为企业后发追赶的重要手段,本文借助典型案例,从商业模式创新视角对动态环境下的后发企业追赶问题进行相关讨论。研究发现,商业模式创新是一个动态演进的过程,随着竞争环境的改变和新市场机会的出现,后发企业需要对已有商业模式进行持续不断的调整和修正,从而使其更好地适应新的商业环境。此外,市场时机选择、企业资源配置、技术创新协同等因素在后发企业开展商业模式创新过程中发挥了重要的作用。  相似文献

Business model innovation has seen a recent surge in academic research and business practice. Changes to business models are recognized as a fundamental approach to realize innovations for sustainability. However, little is known about the successful adoption of sustainable business models (SBMs). The purpose of this paper is to develop a unified theoretical perspective for understanding business model innovations that lead to better organizational economic, environmental and social performance. The paper examines bodies of literature on business model innovation, sustainability innovation, networks theory, stakeholder theory and product–service systems. We develop five propositions that support the creation of SBMs in a unified perspective, which lays a foundation to support organizations in investigating and experimenting with alternative new business models. This article contributes to the emerging field of SBMs, which embed economic, environmental and social flows of value that are created, delivered and captured in a value network. It highlights gaps for addressing the challenges of business model innovation for sustainability and suggests avenues for future research. © 2017 The Authors. Technology shifts are lethal to many manufacturing companies. Previous research indicates that this is not purely a problem of technological innovation, but is also closely related to the inertia of business models and business model innovation. This paper inquires into the dynamics of this intersection between technology and business models. Anchored in a case study in the automotive industry, it reveals how a potential technology shift constitutes a business model dilemma for firms leading in the existing technology. The paper illustrates why technology shifts are so difficult to master and contributes to theory by suggesting that managing technology shifts does not require either technology or service innovation in order to create a viable business model, but instead a compound of both. Furthermore, the paper applies a business model perspective to illustrate the explanatory power of analyzing the challenges of technology shifts faced by incumbent firms.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study how the fit between innovation capabilities and supply chain (SC) strategies affects business performance. An empirical study based on a sample of 329 companies from Portugal and Brazil was performed to test a theoretical model based on the resource-based view. Linear and hierarchical regression analyses are conducted to test the hypotheses. The different combinations of core and supplementary innovation capabilities and lean and agile SC strategies are empirically tested and discussed. Data reveal that core and supplementary innovation capabilities positively impact on business performance and that SC strategies moderate the relationship between innovation capabilities and business performance. The analysis also shows that the combination of an agile SC strategy and supplementary innovation capabilities offers the greatest opportunities to improve business performance. The results of this study could help managers to choose the most appropriate SC strategy, thus contributing to increasing the impact of innovation capabilities on business performance. This study contributes to the knowledge concerning the consequences of adopting different innovation capabilities and SC strategies on business performance.  相似文献

近年来短视频市场规模增速趋缓,短视频平台型企业的战略重点开始从用户增长转为盈利增长。因此,平台企业亟需进行商业模式创新,助力短视频平台企业商业化加速。本文基于价值共创理论,关注用户及合作伙伴的价值创造能力,将商业模式创新链解构为价值主张、价值共创、价值传递、价值获取四大模块,进而分解为9个指标。并以快手为研究案例,通过实证资料编码分析其创新举措。研究揭示了短视频平台型企业商业模式创新的内外驱动因素,绘制出创新路径图,指出要素关系网络和革新方向,为短视频平台型企业的商业化转型提供以下的参考:企业应坚持核心价值主张,构建用户、合作伙伴、企业三者协同的价值共创体系,以加强用户互动和连接为推手,实现多样化的盈利获取。  相似文献

Abstract

Recent studies have started exploring the linkages between organisational ambidexterity (OA) and HRM practices. OA is noted as a critical resource in achieving product, process, and business model innovations. By adopting an inductive case study of a US MNC subsidiary in India, we found empowerment-focused HRM practices were being used for exploration of new ideas and efficiency-focused HRM practices were adopted for the exploitation of the organisation’s existing strengths. Empowerment-focused HRM practices created a culture of openness and risk-taking, which facilitated the creation of an ambidextrous context. Further, ambidextrous learning was moderated by the adoption of a managerial/leadership style that focused on ‘mirroring competencies’ between the parent operation and its subsidiary. HRM practices were aimed at developing behaviours that valued the team-based co-development of graphic processor designs by means of a ‘parallel processing’ approach to product development. Additionally, the HRM practice of offering intrinsic employee rewards and both informal and formal training facilitated OA in delivering product innovation. This study represents a pioneering exploration of multiple levels of analysis (individual, functional, and organisational) for product innovation through the lenses of ambidexterity, innovation, and HRM practices. The implications for both theory and practice are also discussed.  相似文献

Recently, innovation processes towards sustainable development have received increasing attention in academic literature. This research introduces the combination of insights from innovation theory, sustainable development practice and small business characteristics to unlock new knowledge on factors that influence the translation of sustainable innovation within small and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) into practice. The sustainability themes and activities as described for large companies (i.e. in the sustainability reporting and management literature) were used as starting point in this study. It presents empiric results of the PRIMA Project conducted within the rubber and plastics industry (RPI) on sustainable innovation activities. It will show that many sustainable innovations are directed at the improvement of technological processes (eco‐efficiency) and to lower costs of production. These innovations can be seen as incremental. Companies with sustainability integrated in their orientation and innovation processes show value creation: the development of products new to the market (radical innovations) and cooperation with stakeholders. The PRIMA project shows that more insight in SME innovative characteristics and (e)valuation of sustainable innovation efforts provides opportunities to improve the sustainability performance of SMEs.
