科研团队快乐指数对团队绩效的影响研究

已有研究表明,员工的快乐指数与团队绩效之间存在密切关系。本文论述了科研团队和快乐指数的概念,结合科研人员的特殊性,重点分析了快乐指数各维度分别对科研团队绩效的影响。最后表明从团队的"快乐指数"来提高团队绩效的新视角。     

快乐指数研究概述

快乐的衡量与测度是快乐研究中的难点,也是造成快乐理论难以被系统接受和推广的主要障碍.最近20年,随着脑科学和实验心理学的发展,快乐指数研究获得重要进展.Kahneman与Tversky等人用实证的方式证明了"快乐和痛苦的体验效用的可被测度性"和当期体验效用的客观性(Objectivity),从而使快乐指数研究走上一个新时代.与此同时,经济学、社会学中的快乐测度理论与主观幸福感研究也取得了积极进展.本文通过展示不同学科中快乐指数研究状况,使我们对国内外的快乐指数研究及学科交叉发展有一个基本了解,并对我们的快乐理论研究与生活实践以科学的指导和说明.     

快乐竞争力

快乐是一种状态，是一种感觉。也是一种竞争力。一个不快乐的人，是缺乏激情和创造力的人。一个弥漫着不快乐气氛的企业。是缺乏竞争力的企业。当今。有专家甚至表示：“快乐指数”影响着一个国家的发展，衡量一个国家成功与否的最佳指标应谊是快乐。而不是GDP。     

产权、快乐与人生——学习产权经济学的一点体会

多年以来，经济学的研究都是从“物质形态”上提出问题并作出解释的，本文从一个新的视角——“意识形态”的角度提出了一些新的看法，并赞同黄有光教授“快乐是人生的终极目标”的观点。提出意识形态的外部负效应会降低人生的快乐指数，也会弱化经济增长速度的观点，并提出意识形态领域同样也应该存在着产权界定、产权保护等问题。

心理资本是组织价值创造的重要来源，是指那些有助于预测个体高绩效工作和快乐工作指数的积极心理状态的综合，组织行为中心理资本的开发主要是指乐观、自信（自我效能感）、希望和复原力等心理资本结构共同要素的开发。
