川南城市群作为成渝城市群中的一个重点工业经济圈,其工业经济与物流的发展有极其重要的战略意义。通过分析区域经济联系、区位商优势,对川南城市群工业发展以及物流市场进行了划分。利用spss软件的主成分分析,对川南各市综合物流发展现状进行了评价,再通过与成都市各项指标的比较,提供了确定物流节点数量的方法,并运用聚类分析对川南各市进行了分类,为进一步物流规划提供了理论基础。  相似文献

国外研究已经证明物流能力影响物流服务质量,不同领域和行业有不同的物流能力.本文在回顾国内外物流能力研究文献的基础上,对连锁物流能力的理论进行了分析,总结了连锁物流能力的体系,认为连锁物流能力应由静态能力和动态能力两个维度组成,并设计了相应的测量工具.通过对48家国内连锁企业的实证问卷调查,验证了测量量表的可靠性和有效性.本文的研究可以为我国连锁物流能力的提高提供有效的理论指导.  相似文献

本文对物流全球化这一概念进行了阐述,认为它是一种无国界观念,从事物流全球化的跨国企业需以全球的视点考虑消费者及其需求,从全球角度按照利益和效率标准进行物流决策。并分析了推动物流全球化的动力是现代信息革命、经济全球化、区域经济一体化、国际供应链一体化以及全球化经济的可持续发展要求。针对物流全球化背景下发展我国对外物流系统的有利和不利条件,提出了以联运企业的网络经营,改善物流系统的低组织化状态;建设高起点的物流基础设施,提升国内物流系统在国际物流系统中的地位;促进运输代理国际化,实现地区物流系统与国际物流系统的衔接;培育国际性的物流中心城市;与其他国家和地区政府加强合作等策略。  相似文献

Research on open innovation and sustainability suggests that alliances with external stakeholders help to improve innovation outcomes. This paper taps into the intersection of these literatures and investigates how alliance proactiveness and alliance portfolio coordination affect firms' sustainability-oriented innovation (SOI) outcomes. Data were collected from 170 firms in the Basque Country region in Spain, which has a highly collaborative regional innovation system. Partial least squares (PLS) modeling confirmed that alliance proactiveness is positively related to radical SOI, while alliance portfolio coordination is positively related to incremental SOI. In addition, these two capabilities involve a positive interaction effect in the case of radical SOI. An additional set of post hoc tests using latent class analysis (FIMIX-PLS) provided further evidence that firms with different internal features and levels of environmental turbulence benefit to varying extents from these capabilities and their interactions. Overall, the findings of this study show the benefits of the coupled mode of open innovation and alliance capabilities in reaching positive outcomes in SOI. On the one hand, companies focusing on incremental SOI can reap greater benefits from open innovation when collaborating within their existing portfolio; while for radical SOI, alliance proactiveness is beneficial for finding disruptive partners.  相似文献

This study examines the performance implications of the alliance networks of 49 firms that competed for two technology standards in the U.S. local area network industry from 1989 to 1996. During the race to define a dominant design, individual firms attract the suppliers of complements by building alliance networks to favor the firms' preferred technology standard. Controlling for the number of suppliers in each technology standard community and the extent of technical progress achieved by individual firms, the panel data analysis shows that central firms with high ego network density, coupled with a strategic intent to acquire and share knowledge broadly within the technological community, achieve better innovation performance. The size of the technological community and some random events in the early formation of the industry do not provide a sufficient explanation of how these firms gain the diverse support of suppliers or enhance their competitive advantage. By demonstrating the independent and contingent effects of alliance network properties, this study explains how network patterns might enhance or limit the benefits of alliance networks when focal firms embrace different innovation strategies. We analyze how incumbents in technology‐driven industries are influenced by founders' reputation and status when considering strategic alliances with newly emerging firms. We theorize that reputation and status represent two distinct components of perceived quality that exert independent and interdependent effects on alliance formation. Using literature on impression formation processes to derive predictions of signal congruence, we argue that the independent effects of reputation and status are amplified when the two are congruent, and that the effect of negative congruence (both reputation and status are low) is stronger than positive congruence (both are high). We find support for our arguments based on panel data on alliances between pharma and biotech firms, using data on biotech scientists' research output (reputation) and university attended (status). Alliance formation is commonplace in many high‐technology industries experiencing radical technological change, where established firms use alliances with new entrants to adapt to technological change, while new entrants benefit from the ability of established players to commercialize the new technology. Despite the prevalence of these alliances, we know little about how these firms choose to ally with specific firms given the range of possible partners they may choose from. This study explores factors that lead to alliance formation between pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. We focus on the alliance tie as the unit of analysis and argue that dyadic complementarities and similarities directly influence alliance formation. We then introduce a contingency model in which the positive effect of complementarities and similarities on alliance formation is moderated by the age of the new technology firm. We draw theoretical attention to the intersection between levels of analysis, in particular, the intersection between dyadic and firm‐level constructs. We find that a pharmaceutical and a biotechnology firm are more likely to enter an alliance based on complementarities when the biotechnology firm is younger. Another noteworthy finding is that proxies for broad capabilities appear to be at least as effective, if not more so, in predicting alliance formation compared to fine‐grained science and technology‐related indicators, like patent cross‐citations or patent common citations. We conclude by suggesting that future studies on alliance formation need to take into account interactions across levels; for example, how dyadic capabilities interact with firm‐level factors, and the advantages and disadvantages of more or less fine‐grained measures of organizational capabilities. 本文基于2001~2015年我国30省市的面板数据,建立以人力资本为门限变量,以自主研发、技术引进为门限依赖变量的面板门限模型,从人力资本视角实证分析了自主研发、技术引进对区域创新能力的非线性影响效应。结果表明:自主研发、技术引进与区域创新能力之间存在着显著的以人力资本为门限变量的单门限效应。当人力资本水平低于门限值时,自主研发对区域创新能力的影响不显著,而技术引进能显著地促进区域创新能力的提高;当人力资本水平高于门限值时,自主研发、技术引进均能显著地提高区域创新能力,且自主研发比技术引进更能促进区域创新能力的提高。从目前人力资本水平来看,我国大部分省份已具备从技术引进向自主研发模式转变的人力资本基础。  相似文献

We examine the consequences of alliance portfolio configuration by focusing on contingencies that affect the impact of alliance portfolio size on innovation and financial performance. While increasing alliance portfolio size is expected to positively impact innovation and financial performance, we propose that, at high levels of innovation of the focal firm, increasing alliance portfolio size dampens financial performance. We also propose that firm boundaries moderate the impact of alliance portfolio size on innovation and financial performance differently. Specifically, vertically integrated firms benefit less (more) than their vertically specialized counterparts in leveraging higher innovation (financial) performance with increasing alliance portfolio size. Our analysis suggests that both vertical scope and innovation levels of the firm play an important role in understanding how alliance portfolios impact performance. This study examines the underexplored tensions and complementarities between bridging ties and strong ties in innovation-seeking alliances. Bridging ties span structural holes to provide innovation potential but lack integration capacity, and strong ties provide integration capacity but lack innovation potential. We theoretically develop the idea that—notwithstanding their tensions—strong ties complement bridging ties in enhancing alliance ambidexterity at the project level. While bridging ties provide access to diverse, structural hole-spanning perspectives and capabilities, strong ties help integrate them to realize an innovation. We also propose that their effects and complementarities influence alliance ambidexterity because they facilitate knowledge integration at the project level. Tests using data on 42 innovation-seeking project alliances involving a major American services conglomerate and its alliance partners support the majority of the proposed ideas.
