经理人报酬与公司业绩之间的相关性检验

以我国上市公司2000、2001、2002年年报数据为主要分析对象,运用线性回归的方法对经理人报酬与公司资本成本及公司业绩之间的相关性进行实证研究,并得出如下结论:经理人报酬与ROA呈显著的线性相关性,与ROE、△SMVA非线性相关,与SEVA存在较强的线性相关性。通过实证研究,还发现经理人报酬主要激励当前业绩和未来业绩,当期激励效果直接影响下期业绩水平。     

香港对外贸易与经济增长和产业结构升级——“一国两制”和改革开放的成功结合与实践

对香港1987～2007年时间序列数据单位根检验的基础上,验证对外贸易、经济增长与产业结构三者之间的Granger因果关系.研究发现,香港包括港产品出口、转口和进口在内的对外贸易与经济增长之间存在双向Granger因果关系;同时经济增长与产业结构之间也存在双向因果关系.通过对香港的研究进一步发现,香港地区对外贸易与经济增长,经济增长与产业结构之间能互为因果形成较好的经济运行状态,很大程度上得益于"一国两制"在香港的成功实践与内地改革开放的成功结合.     

沪市主板与深市创业板相关性研究及实证分析

证券市场中的相关性分析是研究证券市场中资产价格之间是否存在某种依赖关系,并对具体有依赖关系的资产探讨其相关程度及相关方向。利用Pearson和Spearman相关系数研究沪深证券市场中蓝筹板块(上证50,上证180和深证100为代表)与成长股板块(中小板指和创业板指为代表)之间的相关性,有助于投资者从上述两个板块中选择相关性较好的股票来建立投资组合。通过利用2013——2014年的沪深股票市场的交易数据进行实证分析,发现在不同的时间阶段蓝筹板块与成长股板块之间或表现出显著相关性或表现出不相关性,而在蓝筹个股和成长个股之间则存在某种非线性关系。如果我们能够识别出某类非线性关系,则可以利用这种非线性关系来最大化我们的投资组合。     

房价与经济发展水平相互关系的门限协整研究

本文主要运用门限协整方法研究我国澳门地区房价水平与经济发展水平之间的相互关系.Copula函数相关性检验发现二者存在着高度的相关性,而且该相关性是非对称的:因果关系检验发现二者之间存在双向的Granger因果关系,协整检验认为二者存在着门限协整关系.同时通过门限协整方程发现,短期房价水平的偏幅过大,将会使房价水平偏离其长期均衡,滋生房地产泡沫.基于分析结果,我们提出了对策建议.     

中国货物贸易与服务贸易关系实证研究

运用时间序列分析和相关性分析,对我国货物贸易和服务贸易之间存在的"总量互补、差额替代"关系进行实证研究.协整分析结果表明我国服务贸易出口和进口与货物贸易规模存在长期均衡关系,货物贸易规模的扩大对服务贸易进出口存在促进作用.误差修正模型结果表明我国服务贸易和货物贸易之间的关系由短期偏离向长期均衡的调整速度很快.相关性分析表明我国货物贸易和服务贸易之间的差额替代关系在短期内难以改变.在以上分析的基础上,提出相关政策建议.     

中小企业商业信用地位与资产规模相关性研究

本文对中小企业商业信用地位与其资产规模之间的相关性进行了实证分析,发现两者之间没有确定的相关关系,其原因是中小企业在客户和供应商选择上存在"逐大"现象.由于中小企业流动性状况与企业在商业信用关系中所处的地位密切相关,研究结论对中小企业信用风险管理有一定的价值.在使用中小企业资产规模作为评价指标时需十分谨慎,不能"唯规模论".     

牛市与熊市中股票价格和成交量互动关系对比分析——基于对上证综指的实证研究

本文采用2005年下丰年以来中国资本市场这段特殊时期的最新数据,对牛市和熊市中股票价格与成交量互动关系进行实证对比研究,发现"量价关系"已与以往研究结果有很大差异.表明,近几年中国资本市场已经发生了重大改变.同时,不同市场行情下,量价关系具有不对称性.具体为,牛市中,股票价格与成交量之间存在着很强的正相关关系,股票价格对股票成交量有着很强的单向拉动作用,而成交量却对股票价格没有解释力.熊市中,股票价格和成交量之间不存在明显相关性,也不具有因果关系.最后得出引申结论,传统的"量在价先"投资理念不适合近期的中国证券市场,目前的中国证券市场是部分有效的.     

城乡收入差距、社会保障与犯罪治理成本——基于动态空间面板模型的实证研究

本文基于2000-2012年中国省级面板数据, 从空间经济学视角对城乡收入差距、 社会保障与犯罪治理成本之间的关系进行实证研究, 并探究其传导机制. 通过研究发现, 中国各省犯罪治理成本之间存在正的空间相关性, 且东中西部地区空间差异性相对较大. 实证检验结果显示: 城乡收入差距对犯罪治理成本存在显著的正相关性, 而政府社会福利支出有助于降低犯罪治理成本, 此外, 空间系数项、 被解释变量滞后项、 通货膨胀率、 城镇化率等因素对犯罪治理成本存在影响. 鉴于此, 本文提出为有效降低社会犯罪率与犯罪治理成本, 政府应完善社会保障制度, 并改革户籍制度以降低城乡收入差距.     

股指期货市场与股票市场的相关性——基于Copula模型度量

本文运用Copula模型对股指期货市场和股票市场的相关性与尾部相关性进行了实证研究。实证结果显示股指期货收益率与上证综指收益率之间表现出高度的正相关性和尾部相关性,t Copula模型能较好反映两者间的相关性;股指期货成交量变化率与上海股市成交量变化率之间具有正向相关性,表明两个市场之间具有互补效应,但尾部相关性低,正态Copula模型能较好反映两者间的相关性。     

贵州省产业结构与经济增长关系实证研究

对贵州省产业结构与经济增长之间关系的研究表明:贵州省产业结构变动与经济增长之间存在着显著的相关性,第二、三产业是目前该省经济增长的主要支撑,其中第二产业中的工业增长影响最为显著.该省正在实施"工业强省"战略及落实<贵州省工业发展"十二五"规划>,这一研究无疑能为其提供一定的参考.
