文章突破已有文献局限于具体企业社会责任活动与消费者响应关系的研究,以社会认同理论为基础,理论建构与实证分析企业社会责任特征对消费者响应的作用机制.结果表明:企业社会责任特征是企业获得消费者认同的重要前置因素,对消费者品牌态度和购买意愿具有正向影响作用,且消费者-企业认同在企业社会责任与品牌态度、购买意愿之间起部分中介效应,企业社会责任特征经由消费者-企业认同内化过程产生的间接效应大于其直接效应,但消费者-企业认同的调节效应不显著,进而提出相应的管理建议与未来研究方向.  相似文献

区别于道德决策理论对道德认同影响个体行为的解释,本研究基于人际交换关系视角,探究领导-部属交换和团队-同事交换在道德认同影响任务绩效过程中的中介作用,并考察员工自我效能在以上关系中的调节作用。通过对343名企业员工开展两轮问卷调查,统计分析结果表明:(1)领导部属交换和团队-同事交换在道德认同与任务绩效之间起部分中介作用;(2)自我效能显著调节了领导-部属交换/团队-同事交换与任务绩效的关系;(3)自我效能显著调节了领导-部属交换/团队-同事交换在道德认同与任务绩效之间的中介作用。  相似文献

本文通过探讨利益相关者需求对企业社会责任战略的作用机制,分析管理者道德动机和道德滑坡对二者关系的调节效应,对企业实施社会责任战略的机理进行系统性论证。研究结果表明:利益相关者需求对企业社会责任战略具有正向的推动作用;道德动机和道德滑坡对利益相关者需求与企业社会责任战略的关系具有正向调节效应,道德滑坡的程度负向影响管理者道德动机对利益相关者需求与企业社会责任战略关系的正向调节作用。  相似文献

当今管理者应勇于承担社会责任,在引领组织成员相互协作的同时,积极为组织内外各利益相关者提供帮助支持,传递社会共同价值,推动企业可持续发展.本文基于社会身份认同理论,构建跨层次假设模型,探讨责任型领导对员工帮助行为的直接影响,考察规则型伦理氛围和道德认同的链式中介作用.采用多水平结构模型技术,对113名部门领导和455名员工的配对样本数据进行分析,结果表明:责任型领导与员工帮助行为正相关;道德认同在责任型领导和员工帮助行为之间起中介作用;规则型伦理氛围在责任型领导与道德认同间起中介作用;责任型领导会正向且有顺序地通过规则型伦理氛围和道德认同对员工帮助行为产生影响.  相似文献

平台经济的快速发展使得平台型社会责任消费问题日益被关注。立足平台经济情境下社会责任消费行为的“利他”属性,基于弱关系理论和消费者—企业认同理论,从社会互动视角对计划行为理论进行重塑,在问卷调查基础上通过统计分析方法研究社会责任消费行为意向驱动因素。实证显示:行为态度、社会规范、感知行为控制及平台企业社会责任认同对社会责任消费行为意向的生态消费、善因消费和诚信消费三个维度均有不同程度的正向影响,其中社会规范是最大的影响变量;行为态度在社会规范、感知行为控制、平台企业社会责任认同与社会责任消费行为意向之间起中介作用。修正后的计划行为理论实现了个人与社会、理性逻辑和情感逻辑的有机统一,能对平台经济视阈下社会责任消费行为意向进行有效的解释与预测,从而为平台社会责任生态化治理提供一定启示。  相似文献

研发团队创新行为对企业获取竞争优势至关重要。以往研究相对忽略了精神性因素对团队创新行为的动力机制。文章借鉴创新成分理论和创造力系统理论,聚焦于精神性因素对团队创新行为的动力机制以及团队外部社会资本的调节效应。通过对106个研发团队329名研发团队成员数据的统计分析表明:团队精神型领导对团队创新行为具有显著正向影响;团队自省性在团队精神型领导和团队创新行为之间具有部分中介作用;团队外部社会资本调节了团队精神型领导对团队创新行为的正向影响,团队外部社会资本越高,团队精神型领导对团队创新行为的正向影响也越强,反之越弱。团队外部社会资本还调节了团队自省性在团队精神型领导和团队创新行为之间的中介效应,团队外部社会资本越高,团队精神型领导通过团队自省性的中介进而对团队创新行为的影响也越强,反之越弱。研究结论拓展了中国组织情景下精神型领导在团队层次的影响效应研究,也拓展了团队创新行为的精神性动力因素及其动力机制的实证研究。  相似文献

社会创业者如何通过合法性机制来获取应有的认同与资源,创业伙伴是链接其中的关键环节。从合法性评价视角看,当前学者很少关注个体层次的合法性判断。基于"情境—思维—行为"的框架,构建不确定性情境、创业激情、合法性判断与工作投入之间的理论模型,在创业认知理论和组织合法性理论的基础上提出相关研究命题。分析认为创业伙伴在面对不确定性时会基于不同视角进行合法性判断。  相似文献

在高质量发展目标下,推行基本公共服务均等化、促进大众创业是中国经济新常态下的工作重点。基于中国城镇职工基本医疗保险在创业者和非创业者之间可得性的外生差异,本文使用中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)的微观数据,研究社会保险这一基本公共服务在创业者和非创业者之间的相对可得性如何影响个人的创业决策。我们发现,如果城镇职工基本医疗保险对于非创业者更可得,将成为“创业枷锁”,降低个人选择创业的可能性;如果城镇职工基本医疗保险对于创业者更可得,将成为“创业催化剂”,提高个人选择创业的可能性。此外,我们发现,城镇职工基本医疗保险的“创业催化剂”作用对于来自中等收入家庭和小家庭的个人更为显著,而“创业枷锁”效应则更多地影响城镇职工基本医疗保险在薪酬体系中重要性更高的个体。本文认为中国的社会保险对于大众创业具有积极正面的影响。这对于我国社会保险制度的设计和促进经济高质量发展具有重要意义。  相似文献

文章基于自我提升理论与领导理论,构建以自我提升动机为中介的模型,探讨工作不安全感对员工内创业行为的影响机制。研究结果表明:工作不安全感正向作用于员工内创业行为;自我提升动机在工作不安全感与员工内创业行为的关系中起到中介作用;领导政治技能正向调节了员工上述中介模型间接路径的前半段、后半段,以及工作不安全感与员工内创业行为之间经由自我提升动机的间接效应。研究结果有助于组织正确发挥工作不安全感的积极面,对促进组织内创业行为具有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

经历重大疫情的小微企业面临更为严峻的创新挑战,也使企业家身份焦虑成为常态。文章聚焦疫情暴发这一特定背景,将小微企业对政商关系的预期视为诱发企业家身份焦虑的逻辑起点,从企业所处的外部制度环境和市场环境切入,探索化解企业家身份焦虑并提升小微企业创新意愿的可行路径。研究发现,企业家对政商关系的预期是身份焦虑的重要来源,企业家身份焦虑与小微企业创新意愿之间的关系会受到政策置信性和网络嵌入行为的双调节效应的影响。由于企业家身份焦虑难以避免,提高对政策置信性的预期能够有效缓解政商关系感知引发的企业家身份焦虑。疫情之后的复工复产活动中需要进一步缩短政策的传导链条,加强小微企业之间制度化互动,重塑企业家的自我身份认同,控制企业家身份焦虑的有效边界,推动小微企业持续健康发展。  相似文献

Despite increasing interest in the narratives of entrepreneurial failure, the understanding of how entrepreneurs reconstruct their identity as they advance from experiences of failure to new ventures remains partial. Based on a narrative analysis of 49 entrepreneurs' experiences, we uncover three narrative types used by entrepreneurs when moving on: shielding, transformation, and authenticity. In particular, we elaborate on how the entrepreneurs employ specific discursive practices in their narratives to deal with three central aspects of identity reconstruction: construction of responsibility, identity transition, and identity validation. Thus, our analysis elucidates the narrative underpinnings of dealing with failure and deepens our understanding of entrepreneurial identity construction in the context of moving on.  相似文献

This article reports the results of an exploratory study on gender-based differences in the motives underlying entrepreneurial activities in Ghana, the barriers and opportunities that the operational environment presents, and the manner in which entrepreneurs leverage resources. The evidence suggests that female entrepreneurs tend to have more difficulties in accessing bank financing but they compensate by cultivating social relationships and using the social capital derived from them as a resource leveraging mechanism. Women also tend to depend more on their social relationships for moral and emotional support during the initial stages of their enterprise development. No other substantial gender-based differences have been noted.  相似文献

Moral awareness underpins moral reasoning and ethical decision making. This mixed methods study investigates a critical feature of these phenomena among entrepreneurs, namely the influence of social cognitive self-regulation on moral awareness. Results suggest that entrepreneurs with stronger self-regulatory characteristics are more morally aware and relate such awareness to maintaining personal integrity and building inter-personal trust. In contrast, entrepreneurs with weaker self-regulatory characteristics appear less morally aware overall, and focus primarily on moral issues relating to failure and loss. I conclude the paper by discussing the implications for future research and practice.  相似文献

This paper focuses on ways in which entrepreneurs engage with place and community. Drawing on the ideas of embeddedness and transferring value across spheres, we develop insight about how the relationship between entrepreneurs and communities influences entrepreneurial practices and outcomes. Employing an ethnographic perspective including participant observation, we explored the situated practices of entrepreneurs in two depleted communities in the Northwest of Ireland. We found that entrepreneurs not only drew on the community in running their business, but were also involved in a wide range of “other” activities that engaged, involved and worked with the community. This entrepreneurship produced a range of projects that addressed social and economic issues (unemployment, employability and emigration) and the depleted sense of place which was adversely affecting these communities. We show how social bonds and an affinity to community enable entrepreneurship to create, renew and reify a positive identity of place by combining understanding with entrepreneurial purpose.  相似文献

We incorporate the concept of social identity into entrepreneurship and analyze the determinants of having entrepreneurial intentions. We argue that an entrepreneurial identity results from an individual’s socialization. This could be parental influence but, as argued in this paper, also peer influence. Based on Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2006 data in which students report their entrepreneurial intentions at the age of 15, we find that having an entrepreneurial peer group has a positive effect on an individual’s entrepreneurial intentions. We find that the strength of the peer effect in a country is moderated by prevailing values, namely individualism.  相似文献

Entrepreneurship researchers contend that many entrepreneurs are rule breakers in order to succeed in their venturing processes. Few studies have examined the longitudinal relationship between negative forms of rule breaking in adolescence and entrepreneurial status in adulthood. Drawing upon Willis' [Willis, R.H. 1963. Two dimensions of conformity–nonconformity. Sociometry 26: 499–513.] theory on nonconformity, this study hypothesizes a positive relationship between an individual's modest rule breaking in adolescence and entrepreneurial status. Results (N = 165) support this hypothesis and also show that modest rule breaking serves as a mediator in the relationship between risk propensity and entrepreneurial status. These results have important implications for entrepreneurs' ethical decision making.  相似文献

Entrepreneurship education with a focus on sustainable development primarily teaches students to develop a profit‐driven mentality. As sustainable development is a value‐oriented and normative concept, the role of individual ethical norms and values in entrepreneurial processes has been receiving increased attention. Therefore, this study addresses the role of moral competence in the process of idea generation for sustainable development. A mixed method design was developed in which would‐be entrepreneurs were subjected to a questionnaire (n = 398) and to real‐life decision‐making processes in a case assignment (n = 96). The results provide stepping stones for implementing (moral) competencies in entrepreneurship education as a possible avenue to move away from a sole focus on a profit‐driven mentality.  相似文献
