高效液相色谱法测定果汁饮料中苯甲酸含量的不确定度评定

采用高效液相色谱法测定果汁饮料中苯甲酸的含量,对测定结果的不确定进行了分析。建立了高效液相色谱外标单点定量法测定样品中苯甲酸含量的数学模型,分析了不确定度的来源并给出了量化结果,计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定。分析结果表明,当果汁饮料中苯甲酸的含量为104 m g/kg时,其扩展不确定度为3 m g/kg,k=2。     

高效液相色谱法测定肉制品中双乙酸钠的不确定度评定

按照GB/T 23383-2009利用反相高效液相色谱法对肉制品中双乙酸钠含量进行分析,建立数学模型,对测量结果的不确定度来源如标准物质、校准工作曲线、样品处理、回收率等各不确定度分量进行分析评定及量化。按数学模型计算得肉制品中双乙酸钠含量为0.460g/kg时,本方法的标准不确定度为0.022g/kg,扩展不确定度为0.044g/kg,最终结果的不确定度主要由样品溶液中双乙酸钠含量和样品处理过程产生。     

超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水产品中氟甲砜霉素残留量的不确定度

建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,并以此测定水产品中氟甲砜霉素的不确定度,对测量结果的不确定度来源进行分析。评定结果表明,影响检测结果的主要因素为标准溶液配制、样品测量重复性和标准曲线拟合,当氟甲砜霉素含量分别为5.20μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.313μg/kg。     

液质联用法测定白酒中甜蜜素含量的不确定度评定

目的:评定液相色谱-质谱/质谱法测定白酒中甜蜜素含量的不确定度。方法:本文依据SN/T 1948-2007《进出口食品中环己基氨基磺酸钠的检测方法液相色谱-质谱/质谱法》及JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行分析和合成。结果:当被测样品中甜蜜素含量为0.291 5μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为(0.291 5±0.0127)μg/kg,k=2。结论:重复性测定及液相色谱质谱仪的稳定性是食品中甜蜜素检测准确与否的关键所在。     

钼蓝光度法测定钼铁中磷量的不确定度评定

按照国家标准GB/T5059.6-2007中的方法Ⅱ进行钼铁中磷含量的测定,对测定过程中产生不确定度的原因进行分析,并对测量结果的不确定度进行评定。该方法测定磷量的扩展不确定度U=0.002%,置信区间为95%。     

出口蔬菜中氯氰菊酯残留量测量的不确定度评定

采用GB/T 19648-2006《水果和蔬菜中500种农药及相关化学品残留量的测定气相色谱-质谱法》进行样品前处理,利用GC-ECD法测定出口蔬菜中氯氰菊酯残留量的相应数学模型,对数学模型中各不确定因素进行了量化处理。对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,得到出口蔬菜中氯氰菊酯残留量的扩展不确定度为0.0178mg/kg。结果表明：标准溶液及曲线的建立、定容和进样体积及测量随机性因素是主要不确定度来源。     

液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用法测定水产干制品中甲基汞含量不确定度分析

本文对液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用法测定水产品中甲基汞含量进行了不确定度分析,分析了整个测试过程中不确定度的来源,并对各不确定度分量进行了计算。水产品中甲基汞的含量为0.00111mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.000 122 mg/kg(k=2)。     

高效液相色谱/串联质谱法测定水产品中环丙沙星的不确定度

对高效液相色谱/串联质谱法测定水产品中环丙沙星含量的不确定度来源进行分析与量化。测试样品中环丙沙星含量测量结果的扩展不确定度为1.21μg/kg（k=2）。     

蒸馏法测定果脯中二氧化硫的不确定度评定

依照GB 14884-2016《食品安全国家标准蜜饯》和GB 5009.34-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中二氧化硫的测定》,采用蒸馏法测定其中二氧化硫含量,通过测定过程中各种不确定度分量的计算与分析,测得二氧化硫含量为(0.32±0.0028)g/kg(95%置信概率),本法测定结果的不确定度主要来自于标准溶液浓度和标准溶液消耗的体积,其次是试样称量引入的不确定度。     

酱腌菜中二氧化硫残留量测定的不确定度评定

目的:评定GB/T 5009.34-2003《食品中亚硫酸盐的测定》中盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法测定酱腌菜中二氧化硫含量的不确定度。方法:对盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法测定酱腌菜中二氧化硫含量测定过程中各影响因素进行分析,建立数学模型,确定影响不确定度的因素并对各个因素进行评估,以此计算各变量的不确定度和合成不确定度,最终计算扩展不确定度。结果:当酱腌菜中二氧化硫含量的测定值为98.632 4 mg/kg时,计算得到扩展不确定度为0.609 3 mg/kg,测定结果表示为(98.632 4±0.609 3)mg/kg,k=2,P=95%。结论:盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法测定酱腌菜中二氧化硫含量的不确定度主要由样液中二氧化硫的含量和平行实验结果引起。
