CONVEX RISK MEASURES FOR GOOD DEAL BOUNDS

We study convex risk measures describing the upper and lower bounds of a good deal bound, which is a subinterval of a no‐arbitrage pricing bound. We call such a convex risk measure a good deal valuation and give a set of equivalent conditions for its existence in terms of market. A good deal valuation is characterized by several equivalent properties and in particular, we see that a convex risk measure is a good deal valuation only if it is given as a risk indifference price. An application to shortfall risk measure is given. In addition, we show that the no‐free‐lunch (NFL) condition is equivalent to the existence of a relevant convex risk measure, which is a good deal valuation. The relevance turns out to be a condition for a good deal valuation to be reasonable. Further, we investigate conditions under which any good deal valuation is relevant.     

对外贸易评价体系的构建及我国对外贸易关系现状评析

通过运用新古典经济学的一般方法,同时采纳制度经济学中有关贸易的研究方法,并结合国际贸易理论的新发展,试图建立一个具有一般性的对外贸易评价体系。该体系包含了商品交易三个层次中的六大指标,并力图合理地描述一国对外贸易的状况。同时应用这一对外贸易评价体系分析了我国的对外贸易关系现状,并得出了我国的对外贸易状况不容乐观的基本结论。

本文提出了一种实用、完整的自适应回波抵消器,可用于实现高速调制解调器的二一双工传输。实验表明,该回波抵消器具有回波抑制能力强、线路环境适应性好等特点。     

A two‐sector Keynesian model of business cycles

In this paper, we examine the effect of sectoral interactions on business cycles in a simple Keynesian model. As a first step for introducing viewpoints of multiple sectors in the context of business cycles, we consider a dual economy in which there are only two kinds of goods: the consumption good and the investment good. By examining a two‐sector Keynesian model, we intend to take a look at some phenomena induced by interactions between the consumption good sector and the investment good sector, which cannot be observed in one‐sector models. We then find that the stability of equilibrium and the possibility of emergence of a periodic orbit depend on whether the Keynesian stability condition holds or not and that along periodic orbits (business cycles), the consumption good sector lags behind the investment good sector and that the volatility (measured by the ratio of the amplitude of cycles to the equilibrium value) of the investment sector is larger than that of the consumption good sector. Also, we supplement the analysis by performing numerical simulations.     

基于AHP-模糊综合评价方法的企业重组财务协同效应分析

财务协同效应分析对于企业重组尤其是并购重组来说是一个具有战略性意义的问题。通过构建评价指标体系,综合运用层次分析法（AHP）和模糊综合评价方法,以国关并购永乐为例对企业重组的财务协同效应进行评价分析,得出该并购重组财务协同效应状况为良好的结论。该方法对于评价企业重组财务协同效应具有很好的实际意义和应用价值。     

我国流通领域法律体系研究

本文认为,完善的法律制度体系是流通市场健康运行的核心,是流通现代化建设顺利进行的保证。我国流通法律制度体系应由流通业态法律制度、流通行为法律制度、物流法律制度、流通监管法律制度和信用法律制度等五个方面构成。而流通业态法律制度属于我国市场主体法范畴,是我国流通法律制度体系中首要的法律制度。为完善新型流通业态的法律规范,保证流通业态健康发展,应制定流通业态发展建设纲要和规划;完善流通业态准入和退出法律制度;制定保护中小流通企业的法律制度;完善外资企业或外国企业投资立法,尤其是世界大型跨国零售业态的法律规定。     

河南省粮食产业在全国粮食安全中的地位分析

河南省地处中原,农业生产条件好,作为全国粮食生产大省、粮食主产区和粮食生产核心区,粮食产量高,对国家贡献大。河南省粮食产业在全国粮食生产和供求中的地位十分重要,在保障国家粮食安全中负有更加重要的责任。     

短码、周期长码直扩信号伪码序列盲估计

针对短码、周期长码直扩信号在不同的时延下伪码序列估计问题，提出了一种基于奇异值分解的盲解扩算法。在已知信息码元速率和伪码周期条件的前提下，算法首先把接收到的直扩信号按照一定长度进行分段构成相关矩阵并对此矩阵进行奇异值分解得出信号子空间，然后根据信号子空间和伪码序列的模糊关系，利用求解的模糊酉矩阵和特定约束条件（如m序列）去其模糊性，最终估计出伪码序列。仿真结果表明，该算法不仅解决了在不同的时延下估计伪码序列带来的问题，而且具有稳定性高、在低信噪比条件下有良好的估计性能等优点。     

食品包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂残留的检测

针对食品包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯（PAEs）增塑剂残留,采用加速溶剂萃取（ASE）和GC／MS联用技术分析5种PAEs（DMP,DEP,DBP,BBP,DEHP）,结果表明加速溶剂萃取用于食品包装材料中PAEs的提取,最佳温度条件为120℃,最佳循环次数为3次。方法检出限达到0．1mg／kg．回收率达到95．5％-99．8％;并且具有很好的重现性和精密度。

Private labels versus national brands: The effects of branding on sensory perceptions and purchase intentions

Consumers increasingly consider private labels to be as good as national brands. This research raises the question of whether national brands and private labels equally affect consumers’ sensory perceptions and purchase intentions. The results of two studies show that consumers reverse their evaluation of private labels (vs. national brands) when tasting the product in an informed (vs. blind) condition. When consumers are not aware of brand names, they indicate better taste and higher purchase intentions for private labels. However, the opposite is true when they try products in an informed condition. We discuss the implications for private labels and national brands.     

河北省现代物流园区建设探析

本文从河北省物流业的发展现状入手,阐述了建设河北省现代物流园区的必要性,提出了发展目标及建设原则,并从五个方面提出了可供操作的对策建议:加强政府支持,为物流园区的发展创造良好的外部条件;科学选址、合理定位,形成有机的物流大系统;加快物流园区为依托的物流信息化建设;树立环保意识,走可持续发展的道路;重视物流人才的培养与培训。     

Michalos and the Theory of Ethical Theory

The paper replies to Professor Alex Michalos' keynote address, "Ethics Counsellors as a New Priesthood". Michalos argues that an intractable diversity of opinion about fundamental issues in ethical theory precludes substantive, well-founded ethical counselling. However, Michalos has inappropriately modelled his understanding of an acceptable structure and application for ethical theory on natural scientific theory. For we may countenance a less severe understanding of theory for ethical theory than in the hard sciences. In particular, instructive moral reasoning may tolerate a degree of disagreement across human beings in their conception of moral good. On condition that such variance is not so considerable as to undermine a necessary commonality of language on ethical matters, there will be an adequate basis for warranted theory-construction in ethics and effective moral counselling underwritten by such theory. And, on the available historical evidence, such a condition can be met.     

中俄所有制改革比较分析

俄罗斯采取快速转变方式实行私有化且带有很强的政治目的，导致社会陷入一片经济与政治混乱。中国的体制改革没有进行私有化运动，中国的所有制改革是一个渐进过程和非国有化过程，创造了一个较好的经济环境和稳定的政治环境与社会环境。中俄两国在所有制改革中都出现了两种副产品，即官僚资本和两极分化，但俄罗斯的情况更复杂些。

电力行业由于具有一定的自然垄断性,规制者与被规制企业之间存在严重信息不对称问题,因而成为规制的重要行业之一。所以必须对电力行业规制理论进行研究,从历史变迁的角度对中国电力行业规制制度进行考察,发现其中存在的问题,并且运用道德风险情况下的规制模型对中国电力行业规制进行分析,从而提出中国电力行业规制改革的建议。     

浅谈“勘查技术与工程”特色专业综合实习教学改革

高校教学评估推进了本科教学的改革,作为四川省特色专业,成都理工大学“勘察技术与工程”专业从综合实习改革入手,对实习组队、备课、实习教师配置、基础地质条件研究、创新性教学与团结互助能力培养等方面进行了一系列改革或尝试,获得了较好的教学效果,为提高整体教学质量及培养创新型人才奠定了坚实的基础。     

深空天线组阵相关合成算法的Simulink仿真与分析

为对深空网天线组阵中几种相关合成算法进行分析比较,构建了一种新的Simulink仿真模型。将其应用于某测控站天线组阵试验数据,验证了模型的可行性。在此仿真模型下,对Simple、Sumple和Matrix-free 算法进行了频标同源/频标不同源、弱信号/强信号、2/3/6个天线等组阵情况下的仿真分析。三种算法在频标同源情况下的合成效率均优于不同源的情况;强信号组阵情况下,三种算法的信噪比合成性能基本相当;Simple算法在6天线情况下,信噪比合成性能下降;Sumple算法在组阵的天线数目很少时,合成信噪比较低且不稳定,在天线数目较多时性能良好;Matrix-free算法性能稳健,合成效率始终大于95%。该Simulink仿真模型对于进行天线组阵信号相关算法的分析具有一定的价值。
