农村就地现代化发展模式初探

由于我国农业的科技含量低、农业规模小的现状,加上城市的辐射有限、人口基数大,城市化不可能在短时期发展到覆盖广大的农村地区.因此,农村的就地现代化就凸现出了它的必要性.笔者从全球性现代化的背景立论,以内蒙古鄂尔多斯市的就地现代化问题为例进行分析,以期为推动社会主义新农村建设提供借鉴.
