浅圆仓通风储粮技术研究

浅圆仓通风储粮技术在我国尚属一门新的科学技术,过去很少有人研究和报道,但随着浅圆仓仓型的建造,浅圆仓储粮管理上一系列技术问题需要急待解决,从而为新仓储粮管理和粮食安全度夏提供有效保证。本项研究正是从这方面开始,探讨浅圆仓通风储粮技术上一系列问题,供今后浅圆仓通风储粮作为技术参考,使浅圆仓储粮管理更合理、更科学。     

浅谈辅助粮情测控系统在浅圆仓中的运用

借助深层扦样器(PORTA-PROBE)布设移动式测温电缆,在浅圆仓粮堆局部组建辅助粮情测控系统。通过运用辅助粮情测控系统,加强了对浅圆仓粮堆重点部位及局部测温盲区的粮情监控,从而进一步补充、完善了浅圆仓配套粮情测控系统。     

浅圆仓储粮害虫的防治方法

分析了浅圆仓安全储粮过程中害虫防治问题，提出害虫防治应从浅圆仓的清洁卫生、入库前的清消、仓房的密闭性、害虫的检查和综合治理5个方面加强管理，并对浅圆仓储粮害虫的防治方法进行了具体分析。     

苏南地区浅圆仓进口大豆三温变化特性研究

在苏南地区高温高湿环境条件下,使用浅圆仓储藏进口大豆时,粮温容易受到外温、仓温的影响。本文对浅圆仓储藏进口大豆时的三温变化、水平方向粮温的变化和垂直方向粮温的变化进行了研究,探讨了三温变化特性,为浅圆仓安全储藏进口大豆提供技术依据。     

浅圆仓在设计建造及使用中应注意的问题

目前浅圆仓在使用中存在主要问题有：进粮时产生的柱状杂质区和粮食自动分级、结拱、挂壁、局部粮情监测困难、结露、出仓时粮食残留多等.所以浅圆仓要安全储藏粮食,尚需粮食工作者不断地发现、解决问题,不断地探索、总结经验,不断地改进、完善浅圆仓的建造工艺、储粮设施.根据国内近几年浅圆仓储粮的经验,结合浙江省舟山储备中转粮库浅圆仓储粮实际情况,探讨浅圆仓在设计建造及使用时应该注意的问题,以便在源头上解决问题.     

流态化卸粮装置在浅圆仓中的应用

根据空气动力学原理，利用流态化卸粮系统取代清仓机械，实现浅圆仓卸粮机械化作业，同时也可用于浅圆仓粮食的通风降温。     

浅圆仓智能通风系统在冬季通风中的应用分析

本文通过对浅圆仓智能通风系统在冬季通风过程中的温度变化分析,明确了不同品种、不同入粮方式和相同品种不同入粮方式对通风效果的影响,结果表明粮食的产地和入粮方式对通风效果有显著影响,且相对于传统的离心风机通风具有更好的节能减损作用。     

浅圆仓出粮技术初探

新型数控式浅圆仓布粮机应用效果研究

采用新型数控式布粮机进行浅圆仓入仓装粮试验,并对入仓玉米相关参数指标进行测定。主要包括：杂质分布和粮堆表观风速等指标。试验结果表明：通过对杂质和粮堆表观风速的测定,该布粮机使粮堆杂质分布较为均匀,较好的解决了浅圆仓杂质聚集的问题。
