企业人力资源效率的影响因素研究

企业人力资源效率的影响因素是管理研究领域探讨的一个重要问题。企业人力资源效率影响因素内容由四个纬度构成:员工管理、个人与组织契合、工作条件及员工责任。其中,员工管理对管理人员的任务效率影响是负向显著,对专业/技术人员的任务效率水平的影响是正向显著;个人与组织契合对整合效率有显著方向影响;工作条件对企业员工的任务效率有显著正向影响,对组织潜效率有强显著负向影响;员工责任对企业员工的任务效率、整合效率、组织潜效率水平都有显著正向影响。     

热油管道对农作物生长的影响

近年来,加热油气管道对农作物生长的影响问题越来越受到重视。本文对中国石化管道公司所辖埋地管道附近土壤温度场影响因素进行分析,并选取了小麦、水稻、玉米、棉花、蔬菜等代表性农作物进行研究。结果表明:热油管道温度场对小麦产量有消极影响;除魏荆线、钟荆线部分地区、部分时段外,管道温度场对水稻的产量无影响或有积极作用;对玉米无影响;对棉花的生长有积极促进作用;北方地区热油管道温度场对蔬菜生长的利弊无法确定,南方地区管道温度场对蔬菜的生长无影响或有积极作用。

近年来,大学生考试作弊已经成为各大高校的一个普遍现象,一直被高校视为毒瘤的作弊之风不但没有得到有效制止,反而大有愈演愈烈之势,给高校教学质量、教学管理带来了很大冲击。本文旨在通过分析大学生考试作弊这一现象,深刻剖析形成作弊之风的大学生自身原因及社会原因,并就高校应该如何有效地应对大学生作弊现象提出了几点对策。

Basic Process Capability Indices: An Expository Review

A review of the four basic process capability indices has been made. The interrelationship among these indices has been highlighted. Attention has been drawn to their drawbacks. The relation of these indices to the proportion nonconforming has been dwelt upon and the requirement of the adequate sample size has been emphasized. Cautionary remarks on the use of these indices in the case of nonnormal distributions, skewed distributions, and autocorrelated data are also presented. The effect of measurement error on process capability indices has been dealt with in great detail.     

二元经济结构视角下民生性财政支出与消费关系研究

习近平总书记指出目前中国正处于新发展阶段,我们要加快构建新发展格局,扩大内需,刺激消费。在此背景下,论文依托中国2013-2019年31个省相关的统计数据,利用个体固定效应模型分析民生性财政支出各组成部分对城乡居民消费水平的共性和差异化影响。研究表明,环境保护和住房保障支出对于城乡居民消费水平都没有显著的作用,而教育支出、社会保障和就业这两项支出对城镇居民消费水平的作用较为显著,医疗卫生支出对农村居民来说是正向的。     

The political economy of international trade and factor mobility

Abstract. Free trade in goods and factors is efficient. When we move away from economic theory and consider the policies actually followed by governments, we observe distortions being implemented both on goods and factors trades. It is natural then to question the relative merits of the two types of intervention, and the normative literature has provided only partial answers. We ask then why is the international flow of goods and factors not free, and the political economy literature has looked at the two issues only separately. In studying the determination of trade policy, a theoretical paradigm has emerged, focusing on the role of influence driven contributions. This approach has also found strong empirical support. The literature on the political economy of factor mobility, on the other hand, is fragmented. Distortions in labor and capital flows are typically the subject of different studies, and only recently a unified framework has been proposed. More work has to be done in this area as well as in integrating the political economy of trade and factor movements.

Disentangling acquisition experience: A multilevel analysis and future research agenda

Research interest in firms repeatedly involved in acquisitions has increased over the past decade. However, this increase has remained unmatched by efforts to integrate what is known, leaving the acquisition experience research field scattered, in turn hampering further theoretical and empirical progress. Taking a broad approach to experience, we review 106 empirical studies published in leading journals that focus on the effects of past acquisitions on subsequent ones. We discover three distinct but complementary ways in which research has dealt with experience. Moreover, research on acquisition experience has drawn conclusions on three important but insufficiently integrated levels of analysis. Our review delineates and systematises the current theoretical and empirical progress in acquisition experience research and outlines a future research agenda.

Human resource management in Indonesia

Until relatively recently, Indonesia has been one of the least known countries despite having the fourth largest population in the world. Nevertheless, there has been a relatively rich lode of scholarship in Indonesia in the social sciences such as economics, politics, and anthropology. Much less has been written on business and management in Indonesia. Writing on human resource management (HRM) has been rare and limited mainly to labor economics and macrolevel human resource development. However, interest in Indonesia has grown in the wake of major political and economic crises it has suffered since the onset of the Asian crisis in mid-1997. There is also an increasing awareness that HRM will be an important factor in shaping the future of the country. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to describe HRM in Indonesia with particular focus on the environmental context.

城镇化对农民消费结构影响的实证研究

城镇化过程对农民消费结构会产生较大的影响。本文从理论上论证了这一观点,并对消费结构和消费数量关系作了初步的分析,通过构建模型进行实证研究,得出结论:在城镇化进程中,农民各项生活消费支出都得到不同程度的提高,但农民食品及其他商品支出占总生活支出的比重在慢慢下降,其他支出比重在慢慢上升;从城镇化与消费结构的关联度来看,城镇化对消费结构的影响由大到小依次为:医疗保险、交通通讯、家庭设备用品及其服务、文教娱乐及其服务、住宿、衣着、其他商品及其服务和食品支出。     

城市化、人力资本集聚与产业结构调整

城市化会通过人力资本集聚影响产业结构调整。基于此,本文选择2003~2018年我国31个省际面板数据予以实证检验。研究发现:城市化通过人力资本集聚提高了全国产业结构合理化与高级化指数;人力资本集聚对产业结构合理化作用在东部最大,对产业结构高级化作用在中部最大;城市化对人力资本集聚作用在中部最大;产业结构调整对城市化作用在东部最大。因此,长期产业结构调整应强调城市化的主体地位,强化人力资本集聚,有效发挥人力资本集聚对产业结构的调整作用。     

The development of activity-based costing journal literature, 1987-2000

This paper contains an analysis of the activity-based costing (ABC) literature which has been accumulated in the UK and USA accounting journals over the fourteen-year period since the first articles on ABC emerged. This evidence is used both longitudinally and cross-sectionally to gain insights into how ABC started, how it has been communicated, how it has been researched, how it is constituted, how it has generated attention and how it has developed and changed. From the analysis conclusions are drawn on these issues and on the role of academic research when confronted by a new practical innovation of this type.
