GC5016中滤波器的理论分析与综合设计

GC5016芯片中CIC滤波器和PFIR滤波器综合设计的好坏直接影响到信号处理后的质量.但因信号的处理过程比较复杂,芯片资料中并没有详细地阐述滤波器设计的内容,所以结合该芯片的信号处理过程,对两种滤波器的结构及信号滤波前后的频谱变化进行了理论分析与研究,并提出了综合设计方案,最后给出了Matlab仿真的结果.     

高性能升余弦滤波器设计

给出了一种适用于PHS基带系统中的高性能成形滤波器，对比两种实现方法在基带芯片中的性能，利用最少的非零比特位来表示符号数的编码技术即符号数（Canonic Sign Digit，CSD）。采用子结构共享技术改进数字滤波器结构，实现了2进制补码与CSD的转换和系统中升余弦Nyquist成形滤波器的ASIC设计，在TSMC 0．18μm工艺下进行了功能仿真、综合和后仿真。     

微波带通滤波器的准确设计及计算

本文介绍了一种利用先进的EDA仿真工具进行微波带通滤波器准确设计的方法。根据给定的滤波器技术指标，确定滤波器类型、结构和最佳级数，并对带外抑制和插损进行估计。最后对滤波器的物理尺寸进行结构仿真和结构优化，达到最小的插损、带内波纹和理想的带外抑制特性，并用实际设计结果进行了验证。     

一种Farrow结构数字延时滤波器的设计

普通数字延时滤波器虽然结构简单，但系数计算过程复杂，在延时参数快速变化时，系数更新速度无法满足实时性要求，在工程应用上受限制。采用Farrow结构数字延时滤波器能够更加灵活高效地进行分数延时滤波，延时参数改变时，无需重新计算滤波器系数，更容易在现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)上实现。介绍了一种Farrow结构数字延时滤波器，提出采用基于对称结构的滤波器系数求解方法，并经过加权优化，获得最终Farrow滤波器的系数。系数计算过程中，通过对设计所得Farrow滤波器延时精度和误差的分析，调整加权因子的取值和滤波器阶数，进而提高延时精度。计算机仿真结果证明了加权对称系数求解Farrow滤波器系数方法的有效性和实用性。     

用Laguerre滤波器实现多径衰落信道自适应均衡

提出了一种衰落信道自适应均衡的新方法。该方法基于Laguerre滤波器结构，采用最小二乘估计估算滤波器极点，通过RLS算法实现自适应过程。仿真结果表明，由于Laguerre滤波器同时具有FIR和ⅡR结构的特点，在信噪比低、信道多径条件复杂的情况下，可以获得比通常的线性自适应均衡器和决策反馈均衡器更好的抗符号间干扰的效果；同时，Laguerre滤波器结构的稳定性有效地减少了差错传播的发生。     

微带线和槽结构对多层滤波器性能影响的对比研究

微带线和槽结构是多层结构微波滤波器实现小型化、高性能的关键，因此需研究不同形状的微带线和槽结构对微波滤波器性能的影响。通过使用全波电磁仿真软件对各种结构微波滤波器S参数进行仿真，发现改变顶层、底层拓扑结构对微波滤波器整体性能影响不明显，表明不同形状的拓扑结构在面积相等时可近似等效；而改变中间层耦合槽的结构则对滤波器整体性能影响较大，表明改变耦合槽形状是一种比较理想的能调谐滤波器性能的方法。     

高性能Ka频段收发前端的研制

介绍了一种Ka频段收发前端的工作原理和工程研制结果。该收发前端采用四次谐波混频器、毫米波微带滤波器、多芯片混合集成等技术，具有高性能、小型化、高可靠性等优点，并在宽温度范围、振动、冲击等条件下，满足毫米波系统要求。     

应用LSI数字电路实现可编程MTD型数字滤波器

本文从理论上论证了MTD型数字滤波器对雷达改善因子的影响,讨论了应用大规模集成(LSI)数字电路实现的可编程MTD型数字滤波器的硬件结构、软件设计,并论及了用微型计算机测试芯片、调试处理机。     

一种基于SIR结构的三通带带通滤波器

应用双指耦合结构和枝节加载谐振器（Stub-loaded Resonator，SLR）实现了一款基于阶梯阻抗谐振器（Stepped Impedance Resonator，SIR）的滤波器。该滤波器具有3个通带，带外抑制较好，工作频段提高。通过调整阻抗比可调节第二、三通带的谐振频率；SLR结构能够增加通带数量；SLR结构和双指耦合结构均能改善滤波器的S参数。HFSS软件仿真表明，3个通带的中心频率分别为3.5 GHz、6.6 GHz、9.2 GHz，对应的分数带宽分别为5.7%、3%、2%，S11分别为-18 dB、-22 dB、-24 dB，通带内的S21分别为-1.8 dB、-1 dB、-1 dB。电路的测量结果与仿真结果较为吻合。该滤波器在5G通信的低频段具有应用前景。     

基带成形滤波器的FPGA实现

针对数字化基带成形滤波的信号处理特点，将截短的基带波形进行二维分解，得到成形滤波器的多相结构。通过对多相结构的分析，给出了一种较为精简实用的基于滤波器系数查询表模式的FPGA实现结构，该结构具有实现简单、占用资源少等特点。仿真结果表明，该结构完全可以达到实际应用的要求。
