一种考虑传感器精度的数据自适应加权融合算法

为增强多传感器测量数据融合效果,在综合考虑传感器初始精度与实际测量精度的基础上,提出了一种改进的自适应加权融合算法。将证据理论中的修正证据距离引入传感器实际测量数据间距离计算,基于计算得出的测量数据间距离生成各数据融合时的测量权重值。当传感器精度已知或者能够计算得出时,将基于传感器精度生成的固定权重与测量权重相综合,生成最终权重;当传感器精度未知且无法计算得出时,将测量权重作为最终权重。基于多种典型算例对所提融合算法进行验证,结果表明所提算法融合效果较好,具有一定的理论意义和较好的工程实用价值。     

多传感器数据融合中基于目标识别的DS算法研究

由于多传感器数据中对目标的描述通常存在或多或少的模糊、相驳、遗缺等现象，在多传感器数据融合处理中如何对目标进行有效可靠的识别，是一个备受关注的难题。本文对多传感器数据融合处理中基于ＤＳ算法的目标识别问题进行了较深入的探讨，利用ＤＳ算法对不确定性信息的推理判断机制，为解决上述难题提供了一种有效的方法。     

采用目标假设的三被动式传感器数据关联算法

被动式传感器目标跟踪是多传感器多目标跟踪领域的一个重要研究方向。针对三被动式传感器多目标定位系统全局最优数据关联的三维分配问题，在允许传感器漏检和虚警的情况下，通过分析拉格朗日松弛算法，提出一种假定真实目标的快速收敛算法。该算法通过粗关联假定真实目标并重新修改代价矩阵，然后进行细关联，使得拉格朗日松弛算法在保证关联精度的前提下有效地提高了收敛速度。理论分析和实验结果表明，该算法提高了数据关联的速度,并在一定程度上提高了关联准确率。     

结合新型模糊支持向量机和证据理论的多传感器水质数据融合

在多传感器水质数据融合领域，证据理论是有效的数据融合方法之一，但基本概率分配一般不易确定，从而使数据融合能力难以有效发挥。支持向量机是统计学习理论之上的高级分类算法，具有普适性和全局优化等特点，但输出的基本概率分配有待进一步提高。提出了一种基于证据理论和新型模糊支持向量机相结合的数据融合方法，通过建立基于分类超平面距离的模糊隶属度，训练模糊支持向量机提高传统支持向量机的基本概率分配，并结合证据理论进行海河水质数据融合。通过证据理论分别结合支持向量机和模糊综合评价法与上述方法进行对比实验，经精度、平均绝对百分误差、均方根误差等指标验证，精度提高10.5%，表明所提方法是一种可靠的多传感器的水质融合方法，较其他方法具有更高的融合精度。     

机载多传感器数据融合的数据链应用技术

梯度域多曝光图像融合

为解决多曝光图像融合的问题，提出了一种新颖的直接将多曝光图像融合成适合显示的低动态范围图像的方法，并且具备消除运动伪影的能力。使用联合柱状图探究两幅图像之间像素值的对应关系，对每幅图像检测分别得到一幅伪影权值图，用来构造融合时的度量。在梯度域中进行融合，根据多维黎曼流形几何(Riemannian Geometry)，从多个输入图像的结构张量中推导得出融合的梯度域，然后使用均值滤波器在多尺度上进行梯度域的非线性修改，通过解泊松方程得到融合图像。最后，还提出了一种新颖的色彩复原算法，用以避免造成色彩偏差。实验表明，该方法能够有效融合含运动物体的多曝光图像，无论哪幅图像被选作参考图像，都能获得高质量的结果图像。该算法同时具有处理的有效性和时间的高效性。     

多外观模型的鲁棒人脸跟踪

为了解决在真实场景中进行视觉人脸跟踪时不同挑战之间的外观匹配问题，提出了一种多外观模型的人脸跟踪算法。该算法利用多个具有长期和短期外观记忆的外观模型进行有效的人脸跟踪，对变形、旋转、尺度和光照变化表现出鲁棒性。同时利用先检测后跟踪算法的优点，通过使用人脸检测器来处理人脸的剧烈外观变化，检测器也有助于在漂移过程中重新初始化所提算法。最后提出了一种加权分数级融合策略，通过在可能的人脸位置生成的候选人脸来获得融合值最高的人脸跟踪输出。实验结果证明，该跟踪器在自启动时表现出色，性能优于许多先进的跟踪器。     

一种多传感器空情信息融合算法

针对防空指挥系统快速反应决策能力要求,给出了可行的系统信息融合处理软件组成结构及功能描述,提出了一种适用于快速空情信息融合的通用信息融合处理方法和模型算法。建模过程中,提出的信息融合处理方法和模型算法将防空指挥系统信息融合的复杂过程条理化、公式化和数字化。仿真结果证明,该方法是正确和有效的。目前,该方法已应用到实际工程中。
