实现碳达峰、碳中和是我国基于国家重大发展战略作出的庄严承诺。电力行业是我国碳排放的主要来源,推动能源动力转型、构建以清洁能源为主体的新型电力系统是实现“双碳”目标的重要举措。从电源供给侧分析,核电是我国实现能源结构低碳化转型最现实的战略选择。“十四五”规划给我国核电发展指明了方向和路线图,随着自主三代核电机组的批量化、规模化生产,技术先进性和安全性进一步提升,经济性指标也得到越来越多的重视。为了客观、全面、准确地反映核电工程造价,文章分析选用影响核电工程造价的主要指标,基于相关数据进行统计分析,建立工程造价指标和回归预测模型。结果显示回归分析方法效果理想,为解决核电行业存在的工程造价预测问题和投资决策提供思路和方法。  相似文献

LED照明产品的广泛应用和技术的迅猛发展,给LED照明产业标准化工作提出了更高的要求.标准体系推进方案的缺失已成为制约广东省LED照明产业快速发展的瓶颈.本文从广东省LED照明产业发展实际需要出发,沿着《广东省LED照明产业发展技术路线图》研究路径,运用标准化路线图理论与方法,充分考虑标准化对象、标准化研究、标准化示范与试点、标准实施监督四方面问题,按时间和阶段进行规划,制定了广东省LED照明产业标准化路线图(包括总体路线图和产品路线图),符合LED照明产业发展需要,对于理清技术、产品、市场、应用与标准之间的关系,有序、有效地实施战略性新兴产业技术标准规划具有重要指导作用和意义.  相似文献

Recently, patent forecasting and planning has been emphasized as an essential process in the strategic management of technology because well-planned patents will make larger profits and occupy dominant positions first. Thus, this paper aims to suggest the concept and process of a patent roadmap based on a technology roadmap and patterns of patent development. For this, first, ontology of technology is generated to structure the characteristics of technology based on the existing technology roadmap and then patents are collected from a patent database. Second, collected patents are grouped by similarities based on vectors of extracted keywords and grouping results are classified by TEMPEST. In this step, keywords extracted from the previous phase are matched with TEMPEST individually and patent groups are categorized in accordance with high relevance between representative keywords in patent groups and core keywords in each category of TEMPEST. Third, the patterns of patent development are identified for each patent group and categorized by two types – structural and temporal patterns. Consequently, extracted patterns serve as evidence of patent planning, and the patent roadmap is drawn with the technology layer composed of the technology roadmap and the patent layer that each group is mapped on. The proposed approach is illustrated by the case of the transparent AMOLED display. The patent roadmap will enable managers to establish patenting strategies in order to achieve a valuable core patent that has the potential to become a business model, yielding good returns in the long term.  相似文献

Transformation of and adjustments in a regional labor market system are analyzed through a Markov model of job vacancy transfers. Adjustments in response to a labor demand shock are examined for disequilibrium and time characteristics for closed and open labor systems with inmigration absorbing job vacancies. In light of the recent economic crisis, many industrial firms attempt to capture additional value from their technologies by means of open innovation strategies. Besides acquiring external technology, many firms therefore increasingly try to license their own technology to other firms either exclusively or in addition to its application in their own products. This article shows that technology licensing offers important strategic benefits beyond generating licensing revenues, which underscore the need for an integrated management of technology licensing activities. Therefore, this article extends the concept of job-related markets that was recently developed in the managerial literature. A ‘job’ is the fundamental problem that a customer needs to resolve in a particular situation. Managers may transfer this job-related understanding to technology licensing activities because the right ‘job’ for a technology may be outside a firm’s boundaries, and it may help firms to identify additional licensing opportunities. On this basis, the article presents the concept of an integrated technology exploitation roadmap, which allows firms to use the job-related markets to integrate technology licensing in their strategic planning processes. An example of a machinery firm shows how this roadmap may contribute to strengthening a firm’s licensing business.  相似文献

Despite the recent interest in the Industry 4.0 applications for sustainability, little is known on the processes through which digital transformation and Industry 4.0 technologies enable sustainable innovation in manufacturing. The present study addresses this knowledge gap by developing a strategic roadmap that explains how businesses can leverage Industry 4.0 technologies to introduce sustainability into innovative practices. For this purpose, the study conducts a systematic review of extant literature to identify Industry 4.0 functions for sustainable innovation and applies interpretive structural modeling to devise the promised roadmap. The results offer interesting insights into Industry 4.0 applications for sustainable innovation. The strategic roadmap developed reveals that Industry 4.0 enables sustainable innovation through 11 functions. Industry 4.0 and the underlying digital technologies and principles allow businesses to improve interfunctional collaboration and better integrate with internal and external stakeholders. Industry 4.0 further improves the knowledge base and advanced manufacturing competency and promotes organizational capabilities valuable to sustainable innovation such as green absorptive capacity, sustainable partnership, and sustainable innovation orientation. Through these functions, Industry 4.0 subsequently enhances green process innovation capacity and the ability to develop or reintroduce eco-friendly products economically and competitively. Overall, the roadmap explains the complex precedence relationships among the 11 sustainable innovation functions of Industry 4.0, offering important implications for businesses that seek to leverage Industry 4.0 sustainability implications and manage sustainable development.  相似文献
