浅析社会工作对新生代农民工自我身份认同困境的介入——以重庆市铜梁县A村为例

随着时间的推移,新生代农民工替代了老一代的农民工,并成为了农民工的主力军。然而,城市社会新场域和农村乡土经历造成了新生代农民工自我身份认同的困境,他们困惑自己的身份地位。而社会工作作为一种专业的助人自助活动,把它运用于农民工实践活动中,能帮助新生代农民工正确的认识自我,摆脱自我认同困境。通过以专业的社会工作视角来分析研究新生代农民工的困境,为研究新生代农民工探索出新路径。     

社会学视野下的“同代代沟”现象及其探析

代沟是社会发展进步的必然产物。在当前社会转型期,受社会环境急剧变化、社会变迁加速等因素的影响,传统代沟发生了深刻变化,“同代代沟”现象由此产生。从社会学的视角来看,一方面“同代代沟”是变迁转型加速的现代社会的必然产物;但另一方面,它又是促进社会变迁、推动文化创新和文化变革的一种动力,提高了同代人对变迁社会的适应能力并增强了个体自主性,而构建和谐一致的价值观对缓解代沟具有最终的影响意义。     

社会资本对生活垃圾减量的影响及其作用机制

在经济快速增长、城镇人口持续增加,以及人民生活水平大幅改善的同时,我国生活垃圾产生量也在急剧增加。为回答规制政策和社会资本能否有助于缓解垃圾围城压力这一现实问题,文章利用城市层面的面板数据及中国综合社会调查数据,考察了规制政策和社会资本对城市人均生活垃圾排放量的影响。结果表明：（1）生活垃圾收费政策和源头分类试点政策并没有如预期的那样显著降低城市人均生活垃圾排量,固定费率的生活垃圾收费政策甚至会提高生活垃圾排放群体的排放量。（2）社会资本对城市人均生活垃圾排放量具有显著负向影响,该结果在使用了不同测量指标、不同度量方法、不同估计方法和考虑了社会资本内生性的情形下依然稳健。（3）进一步的影响机制分析发现,社会资本通过促进居民垃圾分类投放和垃圾源头减量行为从而降低生活垃圾排放。文章为推进中国环境管理转型的政策设计提供了一个有益的视角。     

城市生活垃圾的解耦分析——来自空间计量模型的新证据

文章旨在从垃圾产生源头考察经济活动与城市生活垃圾产生量的动态关系，以此判定解耦状态。基于2004—2016年中国31个省级行政区的面板数据，运用空间杜宾模型对城市人均生活垃圾产生量与居民消费水平进行解耦分析。纳入空间因素后，城市人均生活垃圾产生量与城镇居民消费水平之间的“倒N形”曲线关系更加显著和稳健，并呈现出相对解耦，但尚未达到绝对解耦。更为重要的是，考虑空间因素之后，城市人均生活垃圾产生量的预测峰值将会推迟到来。在未来30年里，城市人均生活垃圾产生量还将持续增加，如何提升资源使用效率，实现经济发展与生活垃圾产生量的绝对解耦将是政策当局必须充分考虑的重大议题。

Customers’ savings rate and share of wallet: the moderating role of religion and ethnicity/immigrant generation vis-à-vis attitude as mediator

This study explores the role of attitude toward money, religion and ethnicity in the relationship between income and consumer behavior. The three-country (Australia, Canada and China) study sampled 755 consumers and uses structural equation modeling and multivariate analysis to test for mediating effects of attitude toward money and moderating effects of religion and ethnicity/immigrant generation. Religion is found to be a moderating variable for savings rate and share of wallet, while ethnicity/immigrant generation only moderates the association between income and savings rate. We also demonstrate the interaction effects of religion and ethnicity/immigrant generation with income as determinants of savings rate and share of wallet. This research provides the foundation for modeling savings rate and share of wallet, incorporating attitude, religion, and ethnicity/immigrant generation, as well as income, demonstrating the need to include other factors (i.e. demographic factors in addition to attitudinal/satisfaction measures) to better identify, understand and strategically target consumer segments with potential for profitability and growth.

Sustainability of A Pay‐as‐you‐Go Pension System in A Small Open Economy with Ageing,Human Capital and Endogenous Fertility

The aim of the article is to theoretically investigate if a pay‐as‐you‐go (PAYG) pension system is sustainable in the presence of a declining population and increasing longevity of the retired generation. For this purpose, we use an overlapping generation model with endogenous fertility, endogenous longevity and human capital accumulation in a small open economy. We find that pensions will always increase as long as it is beneficial for parents to invest in human capital. Furthermore, we get the result that the ratio between pension benefits and the consumption of the young generation will strive to a positive limit value, and that a pure PAYG pension system will not run into any solvency problem due to a decreasing fertility rate or ageing.     

Shaping Sustainable Value Chains: Network Determinants of Supply Chain Governance Models

Globalization theories posit organizational convergence, suggesting that Codes of Ethics will become commonplace and include greater consideration of global issues. This study explores the degree to which the Codes of Ethics of 157 corporations on the Global 500 and/or Fortune 500 lists include the “third generation” of corporate social responsibility. Unlike first generation ethics, which focus on the legal context of corporate behavior, and second generation ethics, which locate responsibility to groups directly associated with the corporation, third generation ethics transcend both the profit motive and the immediate corporate environment. Third generation ethics are grounded in responsibilities to the larger interconnected environment. The results of the study suggest convergence, insofar as Codes of Ethics are becoming standard communication features of corporations across region and industrial sector but still manifest a primary concern with profits and those behaviors which are mandated by law. Only corporations headquartered in the European Union demonstrate a significant degree of global consciousness and reflexivity. However, there is some evidence that third generation ethics and thinking are becoming part of the corporate landscape. More then three quarters of the corporations made at least some reference to third generation ethics.     

Idea generation leveraged from value co-creation process enhances new service development performance

This study examines the relationship between value co-creation process, idea generation and new service development performance from the perspective of telecommunication companies. Two dimensions of idea generation tested in this framework are internal and external idea generation, and the probable relationship between these two dimensions is further investigated. The data were collected from 78 marketing managers and were statistically analyzed. The findings show that value co-creation crucially influences both external idea generation and internal idea generation, however, the new service development performance can be enhanced through internal idea generation. Nonetheless, the results show that the external idea generation is vital to influence internal idea generation. This study extends theoretical understanding of how to leverage the value co-creation process for idea generation happenings, while the practical contribution of the research is to realize that new service development performance demands internal idea generation, which is supported with external resources of idea generation.
