绿色物流是指在物流过程中抑制物流对环境造成危害的同时,实现对物流环境的净化,使物流资源得到最充分利用。它包括物流作业环节和物流管理全过程的绿色化。从物流作业环节来看.包括绿色运输、绿色包装、绿色流通加工等。从物流管理过程来看,主要是从环境保护和节约资源的目标出发,改进物流体系,既要考虑正向物流环节的绿色化,又要考虑供应链上的逆向物流体系的绿色化。绿色物流的最终目标是可持续性发展.实现该目标的准则是经济利益、社会利益和环境利益的统一。  相似文献

绿色包装为包装行业当下主要的发展方向之一,目前在我国仍处于发展初级阶段,为推动我国木质物流包装的绿色化发展,对木质物流包装绿色化发展特点进行研究。在对木质物流包装现状分析及影响木质物流包装绿色发展因素分析的基础上,提出可循环木质物流包装为木质物流包装绿色化发展的主要途径,概括了可循环木质物流包装的设计要求及结构设计特点,并初步构建了循环应用体系。可循环木质物流包装的发展不仅符合绿色包装发展要求,而且可有效降低企业包装成本,具有广阔的市场前景。  相似文献

This paper applies perceived risk theory to explore the relationships among green perceived quality, green brand awareness, green perceived risk, and green brand equity. The research object of this study focuses on Taiwanese consumers who have the purchase experience of information and electronics products in Taiwan. The empirical results show that green perceived quality and green brand awareness would positively affect green brand equity. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that green perceived risk which is negatively influenced by green perceived quality and green brand awareness would negatively affect green brand equity. The positive relationships between green brand equity and its two antecedents—green perceived quality and green brand awareness—are partially mediated by green perceived risk. Hence, investing resources in the increase of green perceived quality and green brand awareness and the decrease of green perceived risk is helpful to enhance green brand equity.  相似文献

As an emerging concept, green human resource management (green HRM) has been conceptualized to influence employee workplace green behavior. This research empirically tested this link. We first developed measures for green HRM, and then drew on the behavioral HRM and psychological climate literature along with the supplies‐values fit theory, to test a conceptual model integrating the effects of psychological green climate and individual green values. Results revealed that green HRM both directly and indirectly influenced in‐role green behavior, but only indirectly influenced extra‐role green behavior, through the mediation of psychological green climate. Individual green values moderated the effect of psychological green climate on extra‐role green behavior, but it did not moderate the effect of either green HRM or psychological green climate on in‐role green behavior. These findings indicate that green HRM affects both employee in‐role and extra‐role workplace green behavior; however, this occurs through different social and psychological processes. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

This study examines how green intellectual capital (GIC) affects economic and green performance through green innovation. We show ways in which a firm's performance is influenced by three dimensions of GIC, that is, green human capital (GHC), green relational capital (GRC), and green structural capital (GSC), and use the mediating role of green innovation to explain the relationships. The results of a survey conducted on 138 high-tech firms indicate that the three GIC constructs positively affect economic performance, green performance, and green innovation, respectively. Further analysis finds that green innovation fully mediates the linkage of GHC–economic performance and GSC–green performance and partially mediates the linkage of GRC–economic performance and GRC–green performance. We find that green innovation does not mediate the linkage of GSC–economic performance and GHC–green performance, and this contributes towards business strategy and implementation of green innovation practices.  相似文献

The study discusses the influence of greenwash on green word-of-mouth (green WOM) and explores the mediation roles of green perceived quality and green satisfaction. The research object of this study focuses on Taiwanese consumers who have the experience to purchase information and electronics products in Taiwan. This research utilizes structural equation modeling to undertake an empirical study. The results indicate that greenwash negatively affects green WOM. Besides, this paper proves that greenwash negatively impacts green perceived quality and green satisfaction which would positively influence green WOM. This study demonstrates that green perceived quality and green satisfaction mediate the negative relationship between greenwash and green WOM. It means that greenwash does not only have a directly negative effect on green WOM, but also have an indirectly negative effect on it via green perceived quality and green satisfaction. Thus, this study suggests that companies should decrease their greenwash behaviors and enhance their consumers’ green perceived quality and green satisfaction to increase their consumers’ green WOM.  相似文献

Radical green innovation is the necessary way for countries and firms to achieve sustainable development. Although the influencing factors of green innovation have attracted extensive attention, there is little research on the antecedents of radical green innovation. Drawing on organizational learning theory and attention-based view, this study proposes R-I ratio to measure the configuration of exploratory green learning and exploitative green learning, then analyzes the relationships among green transformational leadership, R-I ratio and radical green innovation, and examines the moderating effects of green R&D investment and environmental regulatory pressure. Based on a sample of 243 manufacturing firms in China's strategic emerging industries, the empirical results reveal that green transformational leadership promotes R-I ratio, and R-I ratio has inverted U-shaped relationship with radical green innovation. The results also find that green R&D investment plays U-shaped moderating role in the relationship between green transformational leadership and R-I ratio, and environmental regulatory pressure positively moderates the relationship between green transformational leadership and R-I ratio. The study not only reveals the relationships of green transformational leadership, organizational green learning and radical green innovation, but also provides theoretical guidance and management practice for manufacturing firms and government to promote radical green innovation.  相似文献

Despite extensive literature on green hotel management and sustainability, scant attention has been given on the role of managers to solve environmental related issues. This study's aim is to assess the effects of managers' green knowledge and green transformational leadership on firms' environmental performance with the mediating effect of green creativity. The study analyzes the perceptions of 363 employees in different managerial positions of the hotel industry employing Partial Last Square Structural Equation Modeling. The findings of the study show a positive effect of green knowledge and green transformational leadership on green creativity and green transformational leadership on environmental performance. Furthermore, green creativity is also found to have significant mediating effect between green knowledge and environmental performance, and green transformational leadership and environmental performance relations. The main implication of the current research is that managers' green concerns might help the stakeholders in the hotel industry to respond through appropriate green initiatives for their organizations. Further suggestions for literature and practice are discussed.  相似文献

This study explores the positive effects of environmental commitments and green intangible assets on green competitive advantages of companies in Taiwan. The results show that environmental commitments and green intangible assets are positively associated with green competitive advantages. Investments in the environmental commitments and green intangible assets are helpful to businesses for the enhancement of green competitive advantages. Furthermore, this study finds that environmental commitments, green intangible assets, and green competitive advantages of small & medium enterprises (SMEs) are all less than those of large enterprises in Taiwan. Hence, there is the advantage of firm size with respect to environmental commitments, green intangible assets, and green competitive advantages in Taiwan, and it is imperative for SMEs to develop their environmental commitments and green intangible assets to strengthen their green competitive advantages.  相似文献

Previous research has paid attention to the effect of green supply chain practices on green innovation performance. However, little has been done to examine the substantive role of relational bonding in green supply chain management context. This study attempts to identify relational bonding as a potential moderator and examines the relationships between green supply chain practices, relational bonding, and green innovation performance. The results indicate that green supply chain practices and relational bonding are positively related to green innovation performance. Relational bonding moderates the relationship between green supply chain practices and green innovation performance. This study makes a contribution by integrating relationship marketing literature and green management literature. This study also provides practical implication for the essential role of relational bonding in green supply chain management.  相似文献

Developing new green products is critical to an organization's achievement of sustainable goals as well as competitive advantage. This study aims to unravel the mechanisms through which organizations with green entrepreneurial orientation (green EO) can foster green product innovation. The dataset for testing these mechanisms was garnered from employees and managers who worked in manufacturing firms based in an Asia-Pacific market. Through a multilevel analysis of the data, the study revealed the positive nexus between organizational green EO and green product innovation. The results of the study further lent credence to employee green creativity as a mediation path for such a relationship. Furthermore, employee green role identity and organizational transactive memory system were found to fortify the linkage between green EO and employee green creativity. These results suggest to organizations how to optimally translate their green entrepreneurial strategy into new green products that met customer preferences and societal expectations.  相似文献
