冻结法施工通常都是在地下深厚冲积层进行的,施工条件和施工环境异常复杂,施工技术专业性很强、工艺难度大、施工周期长,而且对冷冻站及其设备也有很高要求。如果将并行工程理论引入冻结法施工项目,以并行工程理论思想进行施工组织设计,必将有效提高施工过程的并行度和集成度,对井筒掘进工程项目有条不紊地安全施工、保证施工质量、降低施工成本、缩短施工周期等起到巨大的帮助作用。本文主要从并行工程理论及其在煤矿井筒冻结法施工中的应用展开研究。  相似文献

企业的创新设计能力是企业利用信息或知识去创造设计新产品、新技术、新理论的能力,是企业发展的动力、源泉和保障。知识管理是基于信息的分类、整理和升级的过程,知识管理日益成为企业创新管理的重要内容。文章从知识管理出发,研究了基于知识管理的企业创新设计。研究发现知识管理的三个过程包括知识获取、知识内化和知识应用分别对企业创新设计产生不同的影响。最后提出基于知识管理的企业创新能力提升方法,包括营造健康积极的企业内部文化、建设知识管理平台、组织知识管理团队、建设知识管理信息库和管理系统以及制定关于企业创新设计的激励机制等。  相似文献

The overall objective of this exploratory research was to examine the possible competitive advantages when organizations integrate strategic cost management into the simultaneous design of products, processes, and supply chains. The concept of concomitantly designing products, processes and supply chains is referred to by Fine [1998. Clockspeed. Perseus Books, Reading, MA] as three-dimensional concurrent engineering (3DCE). While many organizations have adopted concurrent engineering to design new products, few have simultaneously considered cost issues related to designing the supply chain. Fewer still were found to integrate strategic cost management with 3DCE. Thus a case study approach was deemed necessary. Based on case studies of five firms, a framework of testable propositions was developed. The initial findings indicated there is a positive relationship between the customer's and supplier's extent of participation in new product development, supplier development practices, and the integration of strategic cost management practices with 3DCE. The integration of strategic cost management with 3DCE should result in a higher level of operational performance in terms of product performance, supply chain responsiveness, and conformance to quality. Integration should also result in lower product and process costs, faster time to market, and fewer product launch problems. The overall result is a higher level of company performance and competitiveness.  相似文献

Product development is recognized as cross-functional, knowledge-intensive work that has become increasingly important in the fast-paced, globally competitive environment. Researchers and practicing managers contend that design engineers may play an important role in product development efforts. However, their effect on the product development process is not well understood and the extent of their impact on product development performance has not been adequately accessed. This research defines the changing role of design engineers, and it discusses their impact on setting clear project targets and sharing knowledge about customers. The study investigates the impact of these variables on product development productivity. Data collected from 205 manufacturing firms were used to create valid and reliable instruments to assess role change of design engineers, clarity of project targets, shared knowledge about customers and product development productivity. Results from structural equation modeling indicate that as the role of design engineers expands the clarity of project targets increase. This increase impacts the extent of shared knowledge about customers. Increases in the clarity of project targets and shared knowledge about customers appear to enhance product development productivity.  相似文献

In manufacturing enterprise information systems, concurrent design process is one of the focuses of research on design process management. This study proposes a novel process model for concurrent design based on unified modelling language (UML) and polychromatic sets theory. Model primitives and constructs of UML activity diagram, concurrent design activities, and dynamic changes of concurrent design process are described in the polychromatic sets contour matrix. Based on polychromatic sets theory, the model reduction rules and algorithm are proposed. With the feature-based part design and process planning, a UML model of concurrent design process is developed and mapped into polychromatic sets contour matrix model. The dynamic change, model reduction, path search and time consumption of concurrent design process are analysed, and the direction for improving concurrent design process and shortening product development cycle is suggested.  相似文献

当前的一些产品开发模式和生产制造哲理如大批量定制、并行工程、网络化制造等等,分别从各个不同的侧面致力于提高产品开发效率,缩短产品上市时间。为了将这些哲理应用于产品开发过程,并对现代产品开发过程进行有效管理和协调,需要一种协同产品开发组织和管理模式对其提供支撑。基于此,文中引入了协同产品开发链的概念。本文首先介绍了现代产品开发过程的特点,讨论了协同产品开发链的主要内容及其技术支撑体系;然后分析了协同产品开发链的内涵,介绍了产品开发链的多视图概念模型以及协同控制机制;最后讨论了协同产品开发链系统的工作模式,研究了大批量定制技术与协同开发链的联系,指出产品开发链可视为大批量定制开发模式的实施载体。  相似文献

It has been found from the contemporary research in the fields of supply chain management and concurrent engineering that significant benefits can be achieved if suppliers are involved in product development. However, recent investigations in manufacturing industries have revealed that early supplier involvement in the design process is not widely practiced. One issue is the lack of an appropriate customer–supplier interface to assess the suitability of suppliers with reference to design criteria. This paper proposes a mechanism for evaluating supplier involvement during product development. The assessment tool includes four types of distinctive indices to measure supplier involvement in the design process, namely: Satisfaction Index, Flexibility Index, Risk Index, and Confidence Index. These indices measure the extent to which both the customer requirements and the supplier capabilities match or mismatch and therefore reflect the potential or risk of signing a project contract. The proposed methodology is discussed within a multinational telecommunications company and preliminary analysis indicates that the approach provides an effective mechanism for selecting suppliers involved in the product development process.  相似文献

In today’s more complex multinational and technologically sophisticated environment, the group has re-emerged in importance as the project team. Work teams are important to organizations in general, but are especially critical in product development because they span many functional areas including engineering, marketing, manufacturing, finance, etc., and new product teams must frequently be composed of individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives. In these circumstances, this paper addresses the contingency role that knowledge strategy plays in explaining the relationship between team vision and product development performance. After studying the team vision on 78 new product developments from a wide variety of firms, we found that effective team vision varies depending on the knowledge strategy—defined in terms of punctuated equilibrium in the explorative cycle, low ambidexterity and high ambidexterity. Our results demonstrate that while trade-off is positively associated with success in all strategies, clarity is only associated with low ambidexterity strategies and strategy-fit is only associated with high ambidexterity strategies.  相似文献
