Crisis of the Models of Development and Rise of Poverty in Central Africa

Historically, the economic growth in Central Africa, compared to all the other areas of the developing countries, was the most deficient between 1965 and 1985. During the 80＇s and 90＇s, the existing discomfort signs were gradually transformed into economic crisis. The objective of the present study is to find out determining factors, which were significantly influencing this crisis.

As a re-financing instrument for listed companies, convertible bond has been greatly promoting the prosperity of China capital market. Realized path analysis of spillover effect of industrial cluster

On the basis of integrality model of industrial cluster surplus, this paper uses mlddleman transaction and repeated game models to analyze the cost-surplus realized path of two types of industrial cluster including the vertical and horizontal correlation types which are classified by the industrial links among enterprises, and gives cluster strategic choice to evade risk of transaction. It is suggested that as a regional economic system, enterprise cluster has new functions that its portion and subsystem do not have. In the transactions between enterprises of the horizontal correlation cluster and the supplier, clustering may act upon scale demand effect. With scale transaction by the middleman, the cluster can reduce cost, evade risk and improve efficiency and benefit to realize cost-saving effect. Through repeated games, the upper-tier and lower-tier enterprises of the vertical correlation type can avoid opportunistic behavior and realize the aim of decreasing transaction cost.

股权结构特征对社会责任信息披露 质量的影响研究 ——基于我国家族上市公司的数据分析

论文以我国家族控股型上市公司2011-2014 年符合条件的556 家数据为样本,按照家族 控股型上市公司股权结构特征变量：股权集中度、股权制衡度、两权分离度、管理层持股比例等 四个变量考察其对社会责任信息披露质量的影响为研究逻辑进行了实证分析。研究结论表明与一 般意义上的公众上市公司相比,股权集中度高的家族控股型上市公司,其社会责任信息披露质量 更低;股权制衡度水平越高的家族控股型上市公司,其社会责任信息披露质量水平更高;两权分 离度高的家族上市公司,其社会责任信息披露质量更低;管理层持股比例对社会责任信息披露质 量的影响不显著。     

秦皇岛市国内旅游客源市场空间结构研究

旅游地客源市场的空间结构是旅游地理结构的基本内容。本文在资料搜集的基础上,选取地理集中指数和游客吸引半径作为主要指标,对河北省秦皇岛市国内旅游客源的空间分布结构进行研究,得出了河北省秦皇岛市国内客源空间结构的特点。秦皇岛处于京津冀经济圈和环渤海经济圈的结合部,拥有强大的经济依托。对秦皇岛市国内旅游客源空间结构的研究有助于秦皇岛构建合理的旅游空间结构,进一步开拓旅游市场,制定科学的旅游发展战略,为其旅游业的持续发展提供依据。

信息结构是企业组织结构的重要组成部分,对企业效率影响巨大.由于不同的信息结构适应于不同的制度环境,所以在制度非均衡的情况下,信息结构必然存在着适应性的演化.文章以苏南模式中的乡镇企业和企业集群为例,分析了在中国从计划经济向市场经济的转型期里,组织信息结构的演化模式与机理.     

上市公司资本结构的羊群行为研究—基于房地产行业的分析

文章运用行为金融的相关理论,从声誉理论和信息外部性两方面对企业资本结构确定行为的羊群效应形成机制进行分析。在这基础上,对2002—2006年A股房地产上市公司进行了资产结构的分散化程度检验和回归分析,发现房地产企业资本结构存在羊群效应,跟随企业通过模仿领导企业进行资本结构决策。
