物流系统容错技术引论

本文认为,为有效保证系统正常工作,实现给定功能,必须提高系统可靠性,而容错设计是提高系统可靠性的重要途径。物流系统容错技术能够自动、适时监测并诊断系统故障,然后采取相应的故障控制或处理方法自动修复或在线修复故障。文章提出,物流系统容错技术包括系统容错设计和系统故障诊断与检测等内容。容错设计的主要方法是系统冗余,应针对机械系统故障、软件系统故障、信息和控制系统故障等不同故障形式分别采用不同的冗余方法进行容错设计;应用测试技术进行故障检测与诊断能够在系统内发生故障时自动发现故障,确定故障部位和类型,并自动采取保护措施,常用的方法主要包括参数法、表决法、振动法及智能化专家系统等。     

熵视角下的企业生命周期演化规律分析

该文以熵为研究视角，结合企业生命周期理论来共同探讨企业生命周期演化规律。在论证企业系统是典型的耗散结构系统的前提下，以熵视角下为切入点，探讨管理熵、管理耗散规律与企业生命周期演化的基本规律，文章的最后总结熵对企业生命周期演化规律的启示。

本文根据实际,分析了现代机械系统可靠性设计遇到的几点困难,即机械系统可靠性设计程序难以统一、机械系统故障复杂多样化、机械系统设计的可靠性和耐久性并重、机械系统可靠性难以预计等,对此提出了四点对策即提高机械系统标准化、灵活增减系统元部件数量、提高重点部位零部件的可靠性、设置监控系统,安排专业人员定期进行维修等,帮助促进提高机械系统的可靠性设计。     

基于耗散结构的公司内部治理机制演化研究

公司内部治理机制运行状态具备形成耗散结构的条件。基于耗散结构理论,分析了影响内部治理机制发展的内外部因素,并且制定了公司内部治理机制的耗散结构模型,使对系统演化方向的分析从定性转化到定量成为可能,借助模型得出系统在各因素的作用下三种可能发展方向及演进规律,为定量判断系统所处的发展方向、动态把握公司治理的实践奠定了基础。

本文通过对雅满苏一带侵入岩岩浆演化规律、构造环境及就位机制的研究，得出侵入岩岩浆演化规律在矿物结构上有从细粒-中细粒-斑状演变的特征，总体为从中酸性一酸性演化规律特征；构造环境为中二叠世侵入岩的构造环境是大陆边缘环境，受到板块碰撞拼接后再度伸展构造作用的影响。     

基于社会资本理论的平台企业与合作伙伴的动态合作演化研究——菜鸟网络纵向案例研究

生态合作关系的建立与良性运转能够有效调动各方资源解决行业发展困境、共同互助提升。基于社会资本理论，研究探索了平台企业与合作伙伴如何识别不同阶段发展瓶颈、应对措施、产生结果等生态合作演化过程。以菜鸟平台作为案例研究对象，解锁了生态合作不同阶段的动态合作演化路径与规律。研究发现：（1）平台企业与合作伙伴共经历基于需求与供给的绑定、基于价值获取与能力提升、基于共生共赢的合作三个阶段；（2）三阶段分别着重于建立伙伴间连接与信任、提升伙伴能力与协同配合、增强伙伴责任共担、贡献自身的意识；（3）各阶段均形成以“瓶颈—策略—结果”为内在逻辑的合作演化路径，最终建立生态合作演化整合模型。研究通过拓展对社会资本理论的认知，深化了对平台生态系统领域内合作演化过程的理解。     

基于灰色理论的江苏软件产业发展规模的预测研究

软件产业发展规模预测对制定产业发展政策和促进产业结构优化调整具有重要意义。灰色系统预测模型以"小样本"、"贫信息"为研究对象,具有弱化序列随机性,挖掘系统演化规律独特作用的优势。因而结合江苏软件产业发展规模与现状,利用灰色系统模型对软件产业发展规模进行预测,预测效果良好。
